I've updated our about Page to indicate that we will accept promotional codes http://toucharcade.com/about/ In the past, we found it much easier to simply buy the applications that we were looking to review, then trying to coordinate gift certificates or adhoc copies. The notable exception to this is ad-hoc copies for apps that are not in the App Store at this time. For games of interest, we will certainly accept preview copies ahead of their submission/release. The promo code system is easy enough for both developer and reviewer that it seems an easy method without any excessive sense of obligation. Like I said, it doesn't necessarily mean we will be able to review your game, but the promotional codes offer a new tool for devs to help get their apps looked at. arn
