Hey, I believe this would be the most fit forum to pose this question. I have been having two issues with my iPod Touch 3g 64gb. The iTunes application icon is missing on the device and on iTunes. There are no restrictions on and I have tried toggling them on and off to no avail. If I search for it with spotlight I get it though. The other issue is that up until about a day ago most sites would show their mobile version if available (an example is Wikipedia). Now they are all showing their full version except for google. Thanks.
I was hoping there might be an other option before doing that. I'll try it if no one has a better idea first.
That's pretty bizarre. Was it like that when you bought it? If so, then a restore is the only way. Sorry! Do you already have a bunch of saved games? If so, that sucks. Before you restore, might I suggest jailbreaking and SSHing all your saved games over to your computer? PocketGamer did a nice how-to on SSHing. Google "Pocketgamer ssh" to find it. It sure helped me out!!
It isn't jailbroken. And I'm not really into the jailbreaking scene. I decided to just restore it and lose my files. Question though, if I bought DLC, to get it back will I just get a prompt in the app or something? Or will it tell me to buy it again and then say the usual spiel as if I was buying an app again.
