By mistake, I requested a refund for Warp Gate. So it was sitting on my iPhone with 'Waiting' underneath the icon. Sometimes, it's just a grey box with the word. Anyway, this morning I repurchased it so there's an icon for Warp Gate in the iTunes view (previewing the pages) but also the old Waiting one. How do I get the game to install now?
