Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 (PES 11) is Coming

I played the 08,09 as well as the latest 10 edition of the cellphone version and I thought it was the most enjoyable compared to other cellphone footy games. That said, seeing how the same team is working on this, I'm really hoping that this game would be just as fun on the iphone.

If it's due out any day I think it will arrive tonight ready for the start of the world cup, that was their original intention.

 

just a final question.. i've read all the posts on this thread, as well as i've been keeping up with the blog.. but just wanted to know whether there will be a "become a legend mode" or not? i mean, it would be kinda cool right?

 

I somehow doubt that. I think they're focusing on the core gameplay first, so it might be a little bare bone without many bells and whistles. If it's well received, they proly build upon that and add those features in the next version, just like X2 2009 -> X2 2010.

 

The graphics aren't very impressive. I hope they look better in motion.

 

I'm not sure what you're are comparing the graphics with, but i think it looks pretty good. comparible to the PSP version.. of course without a doubt, we can't expect graphics like in the pc, ps2, or xbox version.. ;-) soo, as long as it is PES and konami is the creator it's a buy for me

 

i think hes comparing them to X2F2010, and i agree with him
they are good graphics tho but not better then X2F2010 as far as we can see so far

 

So much for a world cup release konami..

 

Got a feeling it was just submitted 2 days ago, so almost definitely late for World Cup. Of course unless someone from Konami knows someone up there in Apple

 

Can apps go live on the store at any time or is there actual time barriers? Ie could it come later?
