You said a D-pad. So you are talking about a four directional pad, like Real Soccer 2009, not a floating joystick like x2 soccer 2009.
For me the graphics in them screenshots look amazing, on par if not better then on the psp, and considering there only pictures from a beta build ( and i assume that as they stated they are only in the beta stages of the game) just think how good they will look in the final build, and it looks like you have caught the feel of a real pitch, and not just a traing ground pitch, hope there will be different stadiums and pitch layouts in the game, really lookng forward to see how this turns out
Reg AI: AI, ball physics and playability have always been the true core of PES and it's surely at the core of this first installement of the series on the iPhone/iPod touch. I asked the producer for a few comments on dealing with AI and he returned this (hillarious) sketch, which is attached to a 3 page document reflecting a one hour discussion on goalkeeper behaviour and drawings from several people. According to him they have several hundred of such sketches hanging all over the the studio walls, which is an indicator for the diversity you will find in the game.... Reg PAD: to clarify: Since the platform doesnt give "hardware" feedback on where you are postitioned the pad is "floating" (means:recalibrating to center of thumb within a certain section).
@Konami Do you people try the competiting games that are already on the platform? If yes you should try x2 soccer 2010. Its the first and only game that gave me a feeling that I am playing a soccer. Try out the competition and analysing their pros and cons isn't a bad thing. You should do this to catch up the pace on this platform.
Very good point. Learn the pros and cons of each football games for iPhone so far, starting from X2 2010, then FIFA 10 (or World Cup 2010), then Real Football 2010 (but it's a joke, really).
Just wait. The iPad has only been released internationally today. Wait a few months before you see the likes of FIFA, X2 Football and possibly PES on the iPad.
Hey, TA front page said PES 2010 repeatedly but this forum says PES 2011 .... Which one is Konami going to release?
in the blog they said it's pes 2010 ,also if you look at first screenshot you will see the banner circle the stadium ,and writes pes 2010.
Same here. NBA Live is great but it'll be eveEnter text here.n better if we had both. Plus, a little competitioEnter text here.n is always good for us gamers who eEnter text here.nd up gettiEnter text here.ng the best of both worlds.
Well has it even been submitted yet? it can take sometimes up to 7 days for Apple to approve apps.. If this game is release before or even on Friday 11th then I will not bother buying Fifa World Cup or X2. Are you able to post any videos? this has been kept very quiet.
we're almost there guys trailer and game almost imminent targeting simultanoeus release in EMEA/ANZ & US
