Classics just dropped it's price to $.99 from $2.99. The iTunes page still says to buy it at the intro price of just $2.99. There's a couple things wrong about that. http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=294773236&mt=8 I know most people here freak out about price drops, so I thought I'd share that. Anyhow, it's a good price now.
Oopsy daisy! What i meant to say is "how is this fail?" I'd be glad to enjoy all the great classic works of american literature in the palm of my hand...
Yeah, but to dropped to $.99 instead of going up in price. I'm just going to pretend this thread never happened.
Ah, I see. I mean because they got everyone to buy the app at the intro price before they raised the price. Then they just lower it to $.99. They also forgot to get rid of the the intro price note at the top of their description. Now I'm pretending this thread didn't happen.
I believe u can Delete the thread by deleting the first post, try doing so and let me know if u can...
This app would be worth the buck if it wasn't for Stanza, a handful of books versus HUNDREDS of books to choose from for FREE!!!!! Sure the interface is nicer and with Classics but it's a bit gimmicky imo. You read about 15 words before you turn the page vs scrolling down and reading text like a webpage
