    - Winter's Bone
    - The King's Speech *
    - Animal Kingdom

Writing (Original): Inception/ The Kids Are All Right/ 127 Hours

Definitely inception! The movie is wonderful. I even jacked off to the movie box once. I was excited, what can I say it's a masterpiece. It's a peacock, you gotta let it fly!

Nah, the best picture will be The Black Swan, and if it's not it's going to be Inception. The Social Network was not Oscar material IMO.

I think black swan will get nominated, but it won't win. Inception will also get nominated, and it should win, but it won't. The people who choose these things are all old people who wouldn't know a good movie if it bit them in the ass and said "hey, I'm a damn good movie." They always avoid the more "male friendly" movies and ones that have to do with so called "nerdy" topics like sci-fi and comic book movies. The Dark Knight wasn't even NOMINATED for best picture, which is a serious ****ing crime in my opinion. As far as I'm concerned, the only ratings that matter are IMDB ratings, where the everyday person chooses which movies are the best, not some crochety old man who can barely think straight.

    Anyways, back to the topic.

Some crappy movie like "The King's Speech" will win, either that or The Social Network. Best director will either be Christopher Nolan or Darren Aronofsky, both of which I would be fine with. I wouldn't quite call Black Swan a "masterpiece" like some people are, but it was a good movie with some expertly directed sequences. Then again, Inception had some really amazing stuff too.

    GO INCEPTION!

Black swan will get nominated. Natalie will win actress I think and arfonsky will compete with Nolan for director. I would love toy story to win and be the first animated movie but I doubt that will happen.

Inception, The Social Network or Toy Story 3 will almost definitely get Best Picture.

I just watched Black Swan today - It was absolutely brilliant. I'm thinking either that or Inception will win Best Picture (The Social Network was good, but it wasn't that good). I can definitely see Natalie Portman taking home the award for Best Actress.
