      Yes, of course! The only IAP is a pack that you can get ads removal and an extra ball for free to get the experience more enjoyable.

      edit: even though I bought welcome pack, do I need to watch ads to gain extra ball?

      Yes. You can buy the offer for 1.99 to remove the forced ads and get three balls but of course, you still have the opportunity to watch an ad to continue the game if you lose, but it's totally optional.
