Definitely buying the premium version instead of relying on AA. Will absolutely be worth it, knowing the buzz around this.
Think of Arcade as the demo version. It'll eventually be removed from both fronts, so if you dig it, get it when it goes on sale (and make a backup of the installer file, too, for when that time comes) for future replayability when it's delisted.

Yep. I was wondering if Apple Arcade version will be somehow different, but luckilly not. Dead Cells is premium AND Apple Arcade, but it was premium before than Apple Arcade, so it's a little different.
If I didn’t own it already on Switch, I’d be doing something similar. As it is, I’m glad to have it on my AA subscription .
I never even heard of this game but I will for sure try it on Apple Arcade. If I like it maybe I’ll buy it. Right now this looks like a glorified Solitaire to me. I watched some reviews and gameplay videos on YouTube but the hype did not transfer. I have a problem when people gets mindlessly hyped. I think many people get ahead of themself and their judgement gets clouded with what everyone else think and just follow other peoples opinions. I prefer to wait and see for myself, is this game any good? Does it meet my standards and expectations? Is it worth the steep entrance fee? I can’t help but ask myself, Is this Baldurs Gate / Divinity Original Sin good? Is this really worth 10 bucks and my precious time? Right now I don’t know. I am skeptic but also cautiously optimistic. I hope this is something truly special.
I didn't even know it was on Switch, too. Then, I'll probably get it there instead, eventually. I'll have to buy a new Switch first, though, because the one I currently have has fallen prey to neglect, dust, a malfunctioning fan, as well as stripped screws, making it nearly impossible for me to fix it.
I'm glad they offer it on both Apple Arcade and premium, so people in either camp can be happy. I actually have not played this game but have heard absolutely rave reviews about it so I'm just going to pre-order it. The hype got to me. I do wish they had redesigned it in portrait but ah well. I enjoy quick play games / card games on mobile the most in portrait. Especially since this game is apparently quite addictive, I think if they made it portrait it would've been perfect for easily accessibility. But I'll be excited to play it regardless.

The game is fantastic and absolutely worth $10. Believe the hype. It’s been a huge hit on PC and console. Honestly surprised you hadn’t heard of it! Of course, everyone has their own opinion. This will be the third platform I have it on.
