It may be a while before we ever see this game make it to mobile but based on the developer it sounds like it’s planned. So I posted this here if anyone has an interest in it and maybe add it to your personal mobile game watch list if you have one. It has a planned release for its 1.0 update on all other consoles on Feb 20th, Steam, Xbox, PS4/5, Nintendo Switch. Mac, iOS and Android will come later. Description: The poker roguelike. Balatro is a hypnotically satisfying deckbuilder where you play illegal poker hands, discover game-changing jokers, and trigger adrenaline-pumping, outrageous combos.
That’s an awesome game (I play it on Xbox) and I think it could be more playable on mobile (touch control) then console (controller). Can’t wait.

So they just flipped one of the cards over “2025 major content update for free.” The have two more cards/ announcements that will be unveiled in the next couple months. So there seems to be a little more time for us to wait. I’m sure one is mobile.
Where are you getting next couple of months for the two other cards/announcements? Could be next couple of days?

Is that new Zoeti game on iOS a bit like Balatro? I’ve never looked at it since I only have iOS so not sure what to expect but it does seem very popular.
What I saw from screenshots, they are different games, united only by poker. But Zoeti is more like Slay The Spire with poker twist.
The developers company is based in Canada. Edit: but I am not sure if he is the one porting it. Anyway, Thats a good question.
Surely it’s got to be mobile right? So far a gameplay update, and a ‘crossover visuals’ content update……….what more could there be to announce. I mean, gameplay update is really the main one for most people. That’s basically saying “we’ll have MORE game for you in 2025”. So what’s left to reveal?
Yeah, It’s definitely got to be mobile. If you look closely at the teaser photo there is a literal iPad /tablet behind the cards. It could be a coincidence, but I doubt that, its 100% intentional.
They posted on X and Discord again. The last card is now on fire. Announcement can be any moment? I think.
