So this is a rogue like. a few questions about the game. 1. Is there permanent unlock? or every run is a fresh start. (I am ok with either). 2. Are enemy encounters random? Any events aside from the combat and the shop? 3. Is there multiple characters? or just one.
Awesome, I'm glad it feels a bit easier to block now! About that possible bug, I'm wondering if what's happening is that you're canceling your attacks? After you tap an attack button, and you start to aim, a button shows up with an "X" on it that will cancel your attack if you drag over it and release. The button is kinda small so it might be hard to notice. I wouldn't say it's a rogue LIKE, but it's definitely a roguelite! 1) There are palette unlocks, and a secret thing you can unlock at the end of the game, but otherwise every weapon and item and stuff like that are available to the player from the beginning! 2) Enemies are indeed random! To a degree. The same enemy types appear in each world, and the same number of enemies appear in each level (3 in levels 1-2, 4 in levels 3-4, and 5 in level 5), but the encounters are random. And nope, the game is all about fighting, shopping, and treasure rooms at the end of worlds! 3) Just one character!

Well, after a few tries managed to get to the coast. It feels somewhat dependent on the starting weapon how far I can go.
I can tell I am getting old... even if I know what the attack is, I simply cannot block certain attacks due to the reaction speed.
