yeah been happening to several of us , never considered max level to be a factor but it might be...was loving this game until I couldn't farm the paths anymore bc of crashes. Devs were pretty active on the forums, but maybe they are too busy at the moment to look into the crashes.
I've also been having problems with crashes, more with the token paths. But it's rare and goes away when I just watch an ad.
My progress Just wanted to share my progress so far, im still in caldemount farming items and just got the illustrious set. I dont know which set should I go for next, imperial (tier 4 legendary) or feral (tier 5 rare) what you guys think? Also I wanted to add that it would be nice if the game has elements (fire, water, wind, earth) that way you would have to switch armors depending on their enchanted elements to run an specific route. Lets say theres a route with fire property monsters, you could either use a fire enchanted set to receive less damage or use a water enchanted set to deal more damage. Water > Fire Fire > Earth Earth > Wind Wind > Water What you guys think?
i got both of those sets and feral wins no contest. it's much much easier to max and has really nice bonuses.
you don't have to, only if you want. man, i wish this game is really succesfull for devs and we get an updates for Postknight FOREVER.
So i can finish the game without improve any set? Cause now im in tier 2, with 3 stars blue set and is not so easy like tier 1 win the stage
10 Tips Hi, all! frisbee10461 here! Here are some tips I have for this game. 1. I love all of the different quests you can take. You can rank your knight up. You can go for the best equipment. You can complete all 125 missions. There's a lot of replayability even after you complete the game. 2. Before reaching level 70 [max level], I recommend spacing your points evenly among the 4 attributes [including intelligence, as that will help you level up quicker b/c more XP]. After you reach level 70, the max level, you can't level up anymore, so I would use the 50 gems, and put your points into the other three areas of strength, agility, and endurance (whatever the last one is). 3. In terms of equipment, the purple Seagram set I used and maxed on level 2 because of the added 15% XP. I used this up to level 5, and when I had the opportunity, I converted over to Feral. The missing pieces cost a lot in terms of farming, but it's worth it. That's all I purchased, and this worked for me. 4. In terms of red-blue-green potions, here's what I did. I kept using the blue potions to get my time down to 3 seconds. At that point, I used red potions to increase HP per use, but the time went up to 4 seconds. Then, used blue potions until I got the time down to 3 seconds [you have to do this twice; once to reduce to 3.5 seconds, and the other time to 3 seconds]. Then, it's a matter of rinse and repeat. The green potions can be used anytime. 5. I'm not sure why you are asked to be a "play-a" in this game, where you have a different hottie in each town. I'm married, and it takes everything I have to keep one woman happy. Trying to do this with multiple women? What I do here is, as the time to give gifts after giving them initially, takes several hours, is save up 180 large through playing the same. Then, as I get the red coins, I buy and give them the appropriate flowers, which you purchase from Beyonce at the end of each town. You'll be getting a lot of coins and red coins, and each flower gets a full heart. 6. I'm currently at A-2 ranking, so I am not sure if the S ranking does anything. But, it's fun. The tokens for achieving the quests are a nice touch. 7. The merchants will have what you need. People have asked this, but if an item appears in the merchant area, you MUST buy it from there, as it is the ONLY way to get the item. Keep in mind that with the exception of town 5, you will be upgrading your equipment repeatedly, so use that as a guide as to how much you want to invest in a lower level set. 8. The Feral set is, in my opinion, the best set in the game. It's blue, so you can upgrade the equipment easier than the purple or gold. With the Life Steal (Sword) and Precise barrier (Shield) skills that replenish HP, you can become unstoppable. This is the set you want to get. 9. When completing quests for a town, there are FOUR quests, not three. You have to scroll down to see the fourth quest. 10. Watch them ads. It helps in the marketplace when you want that coveted piece of equipment. Those're my top 10 tips. What're yours? frisbee10461
The game always crashes at this ONE FRIGGIN POINT!!! At one point, my game started to crash right before it switched back to the town screen whenever I finish the time trial for soul meadow in Caldemount, making me furious as hell as all the rewards were forfeited and just disappeared into thin air like nothing ever happened, also wasting my time. The reason I'm ranting is beacause it is now also spreading to other routes as well other than only soul meadow. If the devs can hear this, please, PLEASE FIX IT!!!! D:
Griffondell Boss Any advice for the Griffondell boss? I'm using fully upgraded Crimson Armor, with a 31-26-22-29 speread, along with Life Steal and Buffer Up. Honestly that second boss was pretty easy for me, I timed by shields right and he went down on my first try in under a minute. Griffondell's been insane though. I've managed to progress through it relatively fast, but I'm soaking ridiculous amounts of damage. I'm hoping Caldemount is a bit more reasonable. Also, Fleur has to be the hardest person in the world to satisfy. She got ticked off at a ROSE. A ROSE. (Even Senna's more inclined to my romantic side.)
Ok the game pretty much crashes 100% of the time now either at the halfway point of a timed run or at the end. No way to progress anymore. Lame.
Tips Ok so to answer my own question, my method for beating the Scandit Chief was a lot of patience. First and foremost, I had to lower my potion time to 3.5. That's the furthest I could go, but I don't know about other players. I also leveled up multiple times in that time span. When I felt ready to go fight the Chief Scandit again, I went through the level, soaking tons of damage again but trying to gain as much health back as possible. A short potion combined with Life Leech combined with the bonus from the Crimson Shield do the trick pretty well. I made it to the boss with less than half of my health remaining (~700/1500). Here's the tricky part. The first few wind attacks, I just blocked and continously regened health. What you need to do is charge and block at the same time (unsurprisingly the best strategy for second boss too if you're stuck there.) The boss's health went down extremely slowly but that gave me ample time to keep using the potion. It should be notes that the wind attack is exceptionally powerful, however. I don't think my health went higher than 900, but at least it never dipped below 600. My health regen basically balanced out with the ridiculous power of his attacks. Finally, after a solid 4 minutes of that back and forth, I finally took him out, only to be met with the disappointment of awful rewards for possibly the most intellectually challenging level in the game yet. There's nothing special about the rewards, which sucks considering how long it takes to fight the Chief. Also heads up to everyone who isn't there yet but dreams of getting Mistral Set as praised by others on this forum, you don't get a single piece from Story Mode. You have to buy them all in the store... and they ain't cheap... at all. (75 K is the cheapest I've found for one of the four items, and that's ignoring the ridiculous Danderion requirements!)
But yeah, here's my character. I'm going to go a few more levels and then respec stats to focus a lot on strength and agility. I chose the Crimson Suit over SeaGleam mostly cause Crimson is one of my favorite colors (we should all be allowed to indulge from time to time #), so while it's not the best path strategically, it is tolerable (that shield bonus ability sounds great and feels great, but only returns 4 health in practice, but eh still worth it.)
For the Scandit Chief I used the shield that reflects partial damage and I didn't have much trouble at all. I was able to heal up since he attacks sparsely then turn on the shield / charge at him when he goes to attack me. That reflect damage was a godsend.
Sorry for overlooking your reply This is what I've been doing too. I've been doing missions, repeating stages, etc., to save up enough money while hoping to get additional resources throughout each run. I'm not sure whether I should wait until the Everlast Armor set comes out, or if I should finish upgrading the Divine Armor set.
Quick tips on the hard to beat stages. If your potion defense is good enough, charge only when both your shield and potion is ready. Use both shield and potion before/during your charge can significantly reduce the damage intake.
Today I logged into postknight to give the game - and the girls - a spin. All of them had 0 bond with me. No hearts. Not a single little line. I used to have 2-3 hearts with some of them, and less eith others. The bonds shouldnt reset, correct? I tried restarting. Gave then gifts. Some lf them event flowers. But to no avail. Most of them wouldnt even talk to me Anyone else experienced similar? Everything else looked ok. My level, gear etc... - Sarcoma
