These are all games you bought from the PSN store? How do you trade them? I have: Gran Turismo 5 Prologue TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled Marvel vs. Capcom 2
We trade account info. First, you: Add me as friend Delete your credit card on file (if you have one) Add a fake address (so no one tracks you) Then you send me the info, I send you mine. We take however many items the other is offering (honor system, but you can track what the other took.) and then we download, then enable the ps3 to work with the account. Then we send a PM to confirm that we're both done, and then we both change our account password to make sure nothing else is taken. I'd love to have TMNT and Gran Turismo, anything above you would like? (Already have MvC on 360)
huh that's interesting. I'm not sure if I'd really want to trade, I was more just curious. I've put a lot of time into GT and don't want to give it up. TNMT is awesome! It's got up to 4 player local co-op and brings me back to playing the old games on NES and SNES. My gf and I just beat it on co-op a couple weeks ago (she died on Shredder ), but I think it's only like 5 bucks anyways. I don't have a PSP or LBP so the only thing that really looks interesting to me (I don't really follow the games on PSN store so there were actually a bunch I haven't heard of like Pixel Junk) is Fat Princess. I heard good things about it and really liked the demo (though I'm not sure if I was progressing correctly or not...) but I will probably just end up buying it. thanks for the explanation though.
You don't have to give them up. You get to keep them. Plus take whatever I give you. That's why it's so popular, it's not like trading retail games with a friend. And PixelJunk is amazing, you've missed out on a lot.
You don't lose the games you trade... but you can only activate your account on 5 consoles, so pick your 4 people carefully ...or do what I did, pick 3 people and save a spare for yourself in the event your PS3 explodes and you need to activate your account on a new one.
You can have a lot more. I'm just happy to get those two. So pick me as one of your 5. And you can have everything you want that I own right now. xD
(Sorry for double posting) I completely missed your post right before Midian's... I will go have a look at PixelJunk when I get home and get back to you.
I was thinking about buying Shooter anyway, so.... maybe I will. Wait, I cleared out my credit card already. Dangit. Now I gotta go find it in that pile of stuff I have sitting over there. Maybe I won't.
Be careful though! I'm not saying KGameLover1 is untrustworthy but you have to know that it's possible for people to change your password and lock you out of your own account, so choose your friends wisely. Always make sure your billing info has been erased before doing a trade and preferably set a temp password that you can change back after you're done.
Don't worry, I'm very trustworthy otherwise I would be in prison for stealing someone's credit card info, or locking them out of their account. And it sends an email to Sony, saying your password is changed with a link at the bottom: "If you didn't authorize this, click here" Also, you can't steal their identity anyway because the credit card number is displayed as 4362xxxxxxxxx9 So..... pretty fool-proof.
Yeah that's good advise. I've just sent texts to my friends requesting their list's of digital games KGameLover1, you seem trustworthy to me but I need to think about this a bit. I'm paranoid lol.
Don't worry about it. If you asked me to gametrade, I'd be cautious too. And make sure you read my other post about how if you have the right email on file, its foolproof.
