Hahaha, this cracks me up every time. Cheers to LBG for the tutorial on how to embed. Much appreciated!
I havn't heard the entire thing yet. I've only heard about half the album, and it was all out of order. I'll try to run through City of Evil and their self titled album soon, then go through Nightmare after. That said, what I have heard is straight up amazing, especially if you consider its overall meaning. I really look forward to hearing it.
I'd say it is closer to City of Evil than it is anything else. While there is some heavy stuff like on Waking the Fallen and Sounding the Seventh Trumpet you have clean vocals for most of the album like on City of Evil, save God Hates Us. You can definetley tell there is an incorporation of styles from all their albums though, which I really like. It simply is a fantastic album, and it does not have a single weak song. While some a simply fantastic, others are just good but all of them have been enjoyable to listen to. My favorite song off the album is Danger Line.
