      I would kill for a Bethesda RPG on a portable device. Any one of them from Morrowind onwards would do.
      Also, more Lego games, Lego Starwars in particular.

      Other than that, old classics that I can't play as I don't have a device that can play them as I have a Mac, not a PC: for instance, Fallout 1&2 and the original Deus Ex.

      Man... do you know I'm just playing it on emulator (I'm right after the nuclear era and just discovered a space ships :>) and would loooove to play it on my mobile?
