Honestly? You must not know the difference in power from iOS devices to PC. Half life has a small chance to work, L4D? None, it is still a recent game, with recent graphics. It's virtually impossible to run it on a iOS device with 30+ FPS.
Yeah, that would be the case if you were EMULATING IT IN SOFTWARE. He's talking about actually having the game running natively- which, with a few adjustments, would run fine! I hate how everyone underestimates emulation power. Not you, people in general. They say "PS2 can't even emulate smoothly on a high end PC" and my middle range PC runs PS2 games at 50fps. I've tried running the quake port of half life on Android. It runs smoothly! Half-Life wouldn't lag on iOS! HL2 would.
