I'm hoping that Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate has a shot of being ported to iOS. Maybe not immediately, as having a cheaper iOS version would probably mean less sales for the more expensive 3DS and Vita versions, but later on (much like what happened with LEGO Batman 2, a port of the handheld versions which was released on iOS months after its console release). Odds are Arkham Origins will have a tie-in of some sort and, short of a straight port of Arkham Asylum or City (which would be amazing, but a pipe dream at this point in time), that would be the best scenario (instead of another IB-like game like Lockdown or Injustice)...
Rogue Legacy (PC, side scrolling roguelike) Delver (Android/PC, first person perspective roguelike) Dungeons of Dredmor (PC, roguelike - previously announced iOS port has been silent for over a year) Retro City Rampage (PC GTA spoof) La Mulana (Wii/PC metroidvania) 99 Levels to Hell (PC metroidvania) Fantasy Wars (PC turn based strategy) Penny Arcade's on the Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness 4 (PC jrpg - not ported due to poor sales of previous incarnation iOS port RSPoD 3) Breath of Death (PC jrpg) Alpha Centuri (PC, strategy - not reasonable, but one can dream)
On PC and XBIG. Only two button controls, so touchscreen could just be tap left, tap right...and it seems mindless but you have to pay attention and can't button mash. Here's the link to the demo: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/updates/153611372/1375128218 It's so addictive
Brothers:A tale of two sons Gone Home-An actual no brainer if you ask me..Specially when it uses unity.. Papers please-I've heard a port is in the works but I still want to put it here until I see it for my self on the AppStore..
I'd love to see FTL. We won't see Lemmings on iOS-despite having a PC port years ago. It's a classic game and Sony Computer Entertaimment own the IP-there is a upcoming touch enabled port but for Sony's PS Vita only.
I'm hoping to see the recently released Scribblenauts Unmasked eventually make its way to iOS - much like LEGO Batman 2. The amount of fan-service that game has to give DC Comics fans is ridiculous, and it'd be fun to have such an encyclopedia of knowledge on iOS. Also, with the impending (official) announcement of iOS controlers, I'd like to see a port of a modern Mortal Kombat game.
Banned Game [PS1] I really want to see a port of "Thrill Kill" a banned game unreleased by EA. It was orginally planned for release, but EA stopped it stating it was too violent. (i have a digital copy) Here is details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrill_Kill Video Fatalities: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZmiu5SOGEo Video gameplay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFMP44HEG2w Do you think it will ever come to iOS? lol
I'd like to see a proper port of Pro Evolution Soccer. The ios platform is capable of running a better version than the Nintendo 3DS, which is already a decent version in itself.
Ogre battle!!! Yes and ogre battle tactics as well...i'd also like to see lufia (the game with the 100 level dungeon that was awesomely brutal)
Wu-Tang Clan game... Remember that! I have that too, and power stone! Awesome... Want to see these ported. I have the DreamCast version I PS. Makes me want to boot up the system again. I believe Wu-Tang clan game was a re-skin of Thrill Kill and released without a ban.
Half life Portal Jedi knight 1 and 2 Kotor 2 Mass effect Mortal kombat 9 Shenmue All with controller support
D2 - Survial Horror game Who here remembers "D2" It was a survival horror game.. just like the upcoming Forgotten Memories for iOS. It released only in N. America by SEGA & in Japan by WARP, i got hold of a copy, and played it with a boot disc on my European DreamCast. Came with 4 CD's !
