Portal for iPhone!

My guesses:

Its an actual port, but it'll have a different name.

New maps, including all the others.

You COULD use Unity. Thats what the linked video that TA covered used. Worked pretty well i guess.

So does it start the same and end differently? Is the plot still the same or is it the same adventure under a different story? Is there not going to be a story at all?

Word of advice- Only use portal as inspiration. The way you're saying Glados is in and how it's the same, but with a new story makes me think you're going to have copyright issues. But if you say it's a game inspired by Portal, they can't really say you're going anything wrong.
Just my 2 cents.

 

To have the same levels as portal it has to be 3d, unless the portal he is referring to is the flash portal which isn't really portal.

 

What will the controls be? On screen buttons or accelerometer?
