It says that corporations are "people" and can give unlimited money to any candidate that they support. Ergo, republicans will have unlimited money.

You must know, the Feds tried to make the case that they had the power to ban books. Clearly, this weighed heavily in their(justices) decision. A giant tactical blunder by the Solicitor General. This easily had the potential to get out of control.
gay marriage should be legal in ALL states. allow all the PEOPLE of the united states the vote for the president of the united states. not just the electoral college. alcohol should be legalized for people of at least 18 years of age. because in my opinion if your legally allowed to fight and possibly die for you country you should be allowed to drink alcohol. remove "under god" from the pledge of allegiance. if on of the things the country is really founded on is SEPERATION BETWEEN CHURCH AND STATE! and FREEDOM OF RELIGION! we should have god referenced in the pledge of alliegence or anything country related i also want them to take away the swearing on a bible in a court of law which i find is stupid.
