Believe me, we're looking into it. We weren't privy to an iPhone 5 nor an update engine when we were just at the end of production. I assure you there is an update being worked on and we will get it out ASAP. The increased screen size is being handled on Droid devices so that should be easy to fix, but with this iPhone update something went awry. But we will take care of it! Sorry for that inconvenience! Our dev cycle couldn't have been during a more turbulent year heh Anyway keep on runnin' and we'll be sure to update when we get it all figured out. Cheers
I just went back and got Flawless on the first 7 levels. I feel like I have actually run the gauntlet. This game can be exhausting but in a very good way. My game of the week for sure.
Haha awesome, though our sales have taken a turn for the worse. Be sure to let others know and rank it on the store! Something tells me the media sites haven't fully scoured the releases from last Thursday. We're missing of major sites, but getting editors choice and game of the week nominations at others. Haha, thanks. Although I'm sure some in this thread have achieved it, but are not as boastful as me. I will leave a glowing 5 star review on iTunes ASAP, this game deserves it.
I decided to load it on my iphone 4 to see how it plays compared to the new ipad. Was kind of impressed that the game played much better on my iphone mainly due to the graphics. This rarely happens where I like the iphone better, but this game on the new ipad kind of looks like it is in 2x mode, and the iphone version graphics are much clearer. Well, hopefully someday this game can add retina ipad graphics cause it is a good game.
Hopefully, the Touch Arcade writers will post a glowing review soon and give sales a well deserved bump.
I just completed story level 8 which introduces a new wrinkle - what I guess is called the "gravity wave". It makes my brain hurt, but after numerous tries I made the flawless grade. I can't imagine what this game will introduce next, but I anticipate it equally with joy and dread. I wish the App Store would let me increase my review rating to 6 stars.
Only 3 levels left to perfect. Unfortunately, tiredness + level 48 = a million deaths. Gonna have to finish this tomorrow.

At some point in the near future our other title Kunundrum should be a free app of the day on Amazon...it at least we're working on it haha So keep an eye out and you can nab our other game for free. It's not too shabby either. Real clever puzzle game much like Quell.

I love the ending section of level 10 - Spoiler the cool boss spaceship ! It was tricky my first go round, but really pretty easy on the second try. It was also a nice change of pace visually. Also, I think someone complained about this not being retina on an iPad 3, but retina or not, it looks pretty sharp to me playing on that device. Regardless, this game is not about visuals, but challenge, perfect controls and brilliant level design.
During our development time both the ipad 3 and the iphone 5 came out and with the amount of time and available resources we had to decide to just get what we could out the door ASAP. Depending on some circumstances, there may be a possibility to go back and redo certain textures, etc. but we're a super indie company and it could possibly bloat the size of the app WAY beyond trying to optimize it below 50 meg(we had it down but Apple adds a couple meg and we tipped over 50 ). Not to give excuses, just more a sense of reality in terms of being able to meet expectations as quickly as possible, supporting and making sure we cover all bases can be tricky when hardware comes out half way through the production and all your art has to be redone. It's hard to manage sometimes haha

You wouldn't believe the potholes during this production...from jury duty to cancer and everything in between. Damn...I don't know what to say. :/ Hopefully it's all smooth sailing from here. Dunno if this has been mentioned, but I just noticed there's something a tad bit off with the screen orientation. When you turn your device, the screen flips and then the auto-rotation animation kicks in. They're completely independent of each other, naturally. One of them needs to go.
