Wow, you guys seem like you're having a good amount of luck with your breeding projects; my current project is a good Sawsbuck, I already have my 31 atk and HP IV'd deerling, just need to EV it now.
Have the hackers dispersed? I just got on rated battles for the first time, battled some people and didn't ever get matched with a hacker.
It's been fine for me now, still a lot of people abusing the OHKO moves, but I still beat them with acutal thought into my moves.
Yeah it's kinda weird to be fighting unusual strategies cause some of the more casual players don't really know any commonly used effective strategies.
How about sometime today? I'm sorry, I haven't exactly bred anything special. It was a last minute kind of breeding. So the only special about it is that it has ice beam at lvl 1. It's the fact that you have it that counts?
Wow, I just got an EV'd Skill Link Cloyster from a trade, and it's a complete beast, I never would have thought cloyster would be really good; anyways, anyone want some egg move timburrs/vullaby's?
My next breeding project might be an Umbreon. It's going to act as a wall, similar to Politoed but a bit more complex than toxic, shielding, and leftovers. I'm looking for a good team. Anyone got ideas? Umbreon/Togekiss [Wall/Support, but in Umbreon's Case, Wall AND Support] @Mudkipz: The thing is, the Umbreon's set will be more evil than Togekiss PP Electivire [Physical Sweeper] Froslass [Sacrifice/Special Sweeper] [Insert Full Time Special Sweeper Here] Metagross [Physical Sweeper for the type coverage and resistance] Whimsicott [Annoyance]
I'm not so sure umbreon will be much of a problem, I already have some new members of my team to deal with the likes of bulky dark/psychic types ; plus, who doesn't love flinchax on togekiss? Also, for your team have you thought of Chandelure or Volcarona as your fill-in special sweeper? They're both really good.
I'll try Volcarona. Thanks! I guess you've learned from Togekiss? Just that it couldn't handle Toxic xD
Yeah, volcarona's quiver dance set is really good, and I don't think much other than steel types can deal with toxic since it gradually builds up until recovery moves won't even help.
Exactly why my politoed has it :K You think it's cute and innocent with it's bubbly personality and great dance moves, but once your guard is down you end up with toxins in your bloodstream slowly draining every ounce of strength from your body
Yeah I'm ready when you are. Oh and I don't really care what nature or whatever. Like you said, its the having part that counts
I'm glad that you've posted such an amazing post that contributes to this discussion. I applaud you. I'm ready now?
Oh woops, I didn't see this. Sorry! Getting on right now. Edit: Thanks a lot! "Take good care of Mudkip!"
