Level 17 and Carbon Steamer still coming This is ridiculous. A special crate I dumped 36k on gave me a special crate, inside was a Carbon Steamer. Further insult to injury I got a Carbon Steamer after completing the Daily Special mission. this has to be changed. This is ridiculous that at this level I am getting this worthless part that does not help at all. Is there a metric or flag that can be altered whereby if you get to a certain level the chance for you to get these low level crappy drops is reduced? Reduce the chance from 20% to 10%? Seems right now the scale is skewed whereby all I get is garbage from Special crates.
I just noticed there are 3 new colors: khaki, bright grey, orange-pink. Which isn't there before when I looped through the colors like a week ago. (Android)
Has anyone else seen this bug where you pay for a special crate that shows up in a station but it doesn't actually appear in the jobs list?
Hi, Not sure if anyone recognizes me but I was an avid Pocket Planes player for a while. I found out this came out, so I downloaded it to give it a shot. Is there any kind of job refresh?
Hey dantt I remember you! Trains has a few new ideas and good gameplay for a while, but sadly I do not feel it has nearly the shelf life of PP. Leaving out the competitive aspect absolutely slaughtered any chance of longevity IMO. It's a good one to add to the library though!
Completely lost interest now, which is pretty sad. Lvl 20, a few upgraded trains but now, even though I'm building up a lot of bux and crates, it just takes forever to upgrade a train. Taking a long time isn't so much the problem, it's the fact you get a crate, you open it; it's a steamer or an express. It's just too random and too annoying - especially when you've sent a crate across the world to earn it. Why don't you get more crates for more distance traveled, like with Bux and Coins? Why isn't the system more tuned and fair like Pocket Planes? Got 700k coins sat there doing nothing because it takes days to get a new train part - and even then I've got to decide between upgrading a train that constantly runs out of fuel, or set up a new line to finish my strategy. I want to be able to play all the time (if I want to) - that's what Nimblebit have done so well in the past; not sit waiting for trains to refuel. Events are completely boring. Take 75 things to this city... Take 50 things from this city. At least in PP you have the flight crew and the sense of achievement in doing as many as you can, focusing your daily strategy around the events in the end-game. Here (when you're in the end-game anyway), you probably already have the station - and if not you can easily extend a line to include it; then just focus that line on the event for a couple of hours and it's done. It's a shame because it has a lot of promise.
Sorry to hear but true, now i randomly open game instead of playing full time like couple week ago. Most annoying feature in game.
