Hey Guys, I'm new to these forums but this will be my second Nimblebit game (first being Pocket Planes) I had so great success in Pocket Planes and can't wait to start out on Pocket Trains. I just wanted to know if anyone wanted to trade parts to complete trains or anything. I am currently lvl 11 and loving the game, I've set up lots of stations throughout Europe and am just about to make the expansion to North America. So yea, if you want to trade parts or anything, just tell me
Neither side is wrong - it always depends on your audience. For example, XCOM could have been a bad idea as a freemium game (it is a high-end not-so-casual game), whereas NimbleBit games should probably not go premium (or standard, as I would still call it) as it is aimed more at casuals than at pros. Not that I would not pay for NimbleBit games. I am one of those who enjoys paying up-front for IAP-free games. But as for really consumer-friendly devs like NimbleBit, I even buy a few IAPs I don't really need as a "thank you" for their really exceptional games.
Today's exchange rate: 212 coins per bux. I had 5 jobs left to go for yesterday's event when it reached midnight, now the next event has started - I was so close!
I have the following parts: Mallard National Express Global Express Regional Express Dragonbreath Century Limited Gila Standard Rio Grande Standard San Juan Standard
I want some of those parts but I don't have anything to trade for. Edit: wtf moment with my multi quote
I know for fact that you didn't cheat. I was an active member of the toucharcade1 flight crew in pp. I hate all the people who accuse other people of hacking when they don't even know if you actually cheated. I'm here for you superpenguin.
I would like to get around 2 more carbon steamers complete, I have 3 Mallard parts. But I would love to trade you 3 Mallard parts for 4 DragonBreath parts. Really wanna complete one of them.
Sounds great, just give me a few mins while I deliver some bux jobs (just spent them all opening crates), I'll PM you my code.
Does anyone know what exactly happens if you shut down a railroad? Do you lose your stations? Also, do you have to repay to open up the railroad again?
Theres a very active parts trading thread here guys http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=205055&page=18
Mostly this part and a little bit of the rest: I think the lesson here is that there are always more reasons against iaps, (in app purchases) and that premium is almost always the preferred choice to the intelligent customer. Anyway, the devs make their money off of stupid, lazy, or rich people anyway, and I would bet that those are not (at least for the most part) those I or Scorp affected. Please proofread your posts next time and ask: "If I send this, does it insult anyone?" if so, don't post it.
