Please read Does anyone know what is required to get the spirit for Spearha? It's the purple dinosaur looking pet. I have beaten him about 5 times now and still have yet to get his spirit. Any ideas please reply thanks.
Also if anyone has any strategies on beating the quest pets that would be great. I have recently come to a standstill without leveling up beyond their level even. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
You win the spirit of any creature (STEELHA included) by beating it in combat. However, some are MUCH easier to get than others. It took me 10 tries or more to get WAAGA -- and that is in the first quest!! I have never gotten FIREBO in a regular battle. Just keep trying, and trying, and trying. After you can beat him more easily I suppose you will get his spirit many times. Enjoy!
Well I got most of my spirits from doing the challenges....But if u want steelha then u have to keep on battling it til you get it...
LVL 42 ALI in the Challenge... Going from Lvl 36 to 37 is taking forever. I can almost always make it to the LVL 42 ALI but he always kills me. I might be able to kill him in 2 shots if I get 2 nightmares (MATK 275), or even a nightmare and a sleepwalk, but so far no luck, and I cannot survive three hits from him (DEF 104). Anyone who's made it past have any clues? What level were you when you could finally beat him? I'm probably going to increase MATK when I get to LVL 37 because I suspect he will get a double attack even if I survive three hits. Should I start over with a new WAAGA with more MATK and less DEF??

carlosman21: for the great land, u have to us the blue trifish which u get by defeating the first spirit challenges in the champion challenge keep trying if u dont get the blue trifish.
The blue magiman is in Wall of Gaia quest. For the minions and anyone else, make sure you look at the help about "body types" in the advanced section of the help. After the first couple of quests, you have to use body type to gain the advantage. That's why your Bigiworm always gets fried by the red Trifish. The minions are body type "grass" by the way. For most of the more advanced quests, you need to make sure to go back and get the ghost and will-o-the-wisp from the first two quests. If you don't get their spirits, keep trying until you do. You definitely need them later.
