I'm guessing it's going to take an hour or two before the update is available if that is what JoshCM is talking about be approved. Which I take it from this thread opening back up and the thread in the upcoming games being locked again that the game hopefully will be available in the US @ 11pm EST which is 2 hours 20 minutes and counting.

Good to hear this got taken care of so quickly. I really enjoyed what time I've spent with the game so far, even if it's too early for any real impressions. I can say the "advanced" controls as implemented in this game should become a standard in all dual stick controlled games on the iPad. One query: I found it very odd that with three unique classes on offer we're only able to play one single game at a time. I doubt I'd want to delete my high level character even when I complete the game in order to be able to play through with another class. Could this please get addressed? At least three different save slots seem essential.
