I just recently started playing and I have a two questions.

How do you get more parts or other things?
Whats the Flight Crew thing do?

 

1:
You can parts by trading with other players on sites like this.
Otherwise you can get planes and parts from events.

2:
Flight crews are groups of people who work to eat enough jobs to a city to get a prize of some sort.
To be in flight crew you have to enter a flight crew name (TouchArcade) or some other name, then compete for the prize.

There is no capacity modification for planes. Only speed, weight, and range.
