Question How do you PM or send messages via GC? How do you send parts and make sure it gets to the right player?
I don't know about PM'ing on GC But when sending parts go to 'parts' in the game and press gift, then send it to the person by clicking on their GC name

So someone verbally agreed to a trade with me on here, then after the fact as I'm waiting he PM'd me and told me "sorry, someone came in and made me a better offer and I made the trade with him instead." Nice, huh?
