Planes Don't play all that much anymore, completed all the tasks, have more money than I can ever have a use for, and over 200,000 BUX. Anyway I started from 0 on my iPad, keeps me interested anyway, so started playing on the iPhone again. I have a bunch of stuff in parts and the hanger that I am willing to part with, any newer players I can help out, or anyone looking for anything, don't have any Concorde parts, but most of the rest. So here we are, not even a full day into an event, and Jakarta, the main feeder city, at least for me, has now closed for the third time already! Makes it a little difficult!
Android Version Shutdown Last Updated: Aug 24, 2015 09:48PM PDT Mobage has announced that they will be removing Pocket Frogs, Pocket Planes and Tiny Tower from the Google Play store and turning off the game servers on September 24th, 2015. Game play will not be possible after this point and all progress will be permanently lost. The iOS versions of these apps will still remain active but the data is not transferrable from the Android to iOS version. It's been a while since I last popped by here. I'm still playing Pocket Planes ... it's a nice easy diversion for idle time when I'm waiting in line or something. I know some of you play Clash of Clans. I haven't gotten hooked on that, however, you may see me around when my 10 yr old plays it. I just tried the link and it says it is invalid or expired. Yep, I still see some familiar names on the Leaderboard. It looks like you've managed to fix the problem. You're #1 on the leaderboard. Bwahahahaha ... But not for long ... My little planes finally made it to LA.

I just joined the discord group... Still flying my tiny fleet around. Trying to get up enough bux to cash in and expand my slots significantly so I can compete with Vic, Faye and the other heavy hitters... Only 25 planes at the moment. I'm up to about 30k bux but want to make sure I have enough after converting to buy at least another 10 slots and I think it will take more than that.... -Jeff
There was a spreadsheet tab to help calculate how many Bux you need to go to XX slots, not sure it still works though. Long time ago, I made a post about the optimal way to upgrade your slots, because of the exponential value of coins you get the more Bux you trade. Long story short, don't wait too long as more slots right now will help you gather Bux faster, but don't be too much in a hurry as you'll waste your Bux if you only add a few slots. If you got 25 slots now, aim for 10 more imho. 10 more plane slots mean more Bux sitters so you'll get back to amassing Bux quickly.
OSX app Hi guys, I´ve been playing for a while now and I´m lvl 34. Been seeing there once was an OSX game. Where do I find the DMG and is it possible to sync between my Mac and iPhone?
Pocket Planes for OS X was discontinued Maybe I could send a zip containing the file to you? On the other hand, looks like TA1 is not working too well... I'm #1 on the event with... 34 jobs. We're 49 in the world now... Currently running Aeroeagle with upgraded speed from LA to SF. Taking 2 minutes to transport 6 jobs! On the other hand... LOL... I'm back at playing PP! New Strategy: So, I decided to try a more fun strategy than flinging 20 Sequoias from LA to Tokyo. So here's how it works: Main Route: New York -> Istanbul -> Shanghai Currently Not In Use: Event Running 5x Cyclones. Sequoia Route: New York -> Paris -> Tehran -> Shanghai Currently Not In Use: Event Running Note: I will stop using this route once I convert my Sequoias to Cloudliners 13X Sequoias (Currently) These routes only run with 25% Bonuses. However, they will run negative profit as they will take route from feeder to feeder. Feeder Routes: Los Angeles -> New York 1X Sequoia Chicago -> New York 1X Sequoia Event Feeder: San Fransisco -> Los Angeles 1x Aeroeagle Right now I'm using L.A. as hub for San Fran Event. Will switch to N.Y. for the optimal route. Shanghai -> Seoul 1x Sequoia Shanghai -> Tokyo 1x Sequoia Basically, Chicago/LA-> NY <-> Istanbul <-> Shanghai <- Tokyo/Seoul. With the exception of Aeroeagle Bux Sitters, they just sit at random airports for bux (I want to keep bux off transatlantic Cyclone flights because I need 25% bonus flights even though they are destroyed at the end. That's because an Aeroeagle is exactly half a Cyclone and it keeps it clean. I might have to switch some feeders to Pearjets though because unfortunately, a Sequoia is two Pearjets. Awe come one Chromatinfish, don't be so fast to dismiss the TA1 team spirit... While not quite the veteran player like yourself or Faye for example, I have been playing a few years and in that time TA1 has never finished outside the top 10 in any event that I can remember! Don't see it happening anytime soon either# -Jeff
Whew! I thought I would have to try to get TA1 up to the Top 10 by myself! Looks like you and Faye are now doing it too! (Psst... I'm going to quit the event after a little bit because Chicago needs my Aeroeagle) Also, check out my new strategy up top. It's a lot more fun now.
