She comes up with some hard words to guess. SYZYGY, for example. LOL 71 plane slots ... However 17 of those planes are grounded. A lot of familiar names on the Leader Board for this Magadan event. I only have one blank unknown person ranked #7. Anyone know who?

Even with waning interest in Pocket Planes, we are still able to hold a Top 3 position on the Global Leaderboard with only 9 people playing this Magadan event.
Needing a bit of American advice here: The flat across mine is rented out to tourists. Usually it's ok. But this week, it's hot outside, windows are open, and we have a very loud speaking and annoying American family who keep shouting on their phones and between them. Not sure if they don't realize or don't care that my building is not a hotel, and that it's 1 AM here with the jet lag. :x My first instinct is to tell them : "dudes, sh.t the f.ck up", but that may not be the best opening line lol. So what should I say to be polite? "Sir, please keep the noise down" ?
If you will never see them again the you could go with option 1. Otherwise maybe option 2 however with a more witty retort such as "we here across the pond, normally like to keep the residential noise levels to below 80db after 10pm as our children need their beauty sleep."
You and Coastcat are keeping TA1 in the Global Top 10. I just sent a bulk of my little planes from New York to Cebu/Manilla ... It is a 2.5 hour trip. Not the most direct path. I used existing cities and opened a minimal number of additional cities along the way. @Vic Is it possible to speak to building management about the noise issue? Then management will be made aware and they can speak to the noisy renters about keeping it down. Surely noise is mentioned in their rental/lease agreement, and those people would probably not want to get kicked out for violating any building rules. Heh. If it is really that bad, call the police to report the noise and they'll come knocking on the door about it.
Well, we performed pretty well in the last event. Hilo will be tougher for me since it appears to be a pure passenger event and I don't think I will be flipping my fleet that is currently mostly maples for the class 1 portion of my slots. That being said I would like some informed opinions: I currently have 25 slots. I find it tougher to gain bux as fast as it seems that what others indicate, but I have broken the 15k mark. Trying to decide if I should convert them and buy more slots now or wait until I get to the 20 or 25k mark. If I can get closer to 35 planes in the air, perhaps I can stay with the likes of Faye and Coastcat better on some of these events... I also have 36 airports open which I think is too many. I'm guessing I am diluting my job pool too much for my fleet size. thoughts anyone? thanks, Jeff

Is there any way to reorder the sequence of planes when you scroll through? I'm worried I'm missing something obvious. I had my planes grouped neatly and generally when building them they get inserted in about the right place if that plane is active when I build it, but occasionally there seems to be a bit of a jumble in my order. I like having the Sequoias together, the Kangaroos and Mapples in various regions together, so that just scrolling forward/backward from the planes works well. But it seems to be thrown out of sorts and I am wondering if there is a way to reorder them.
When you sort your planes in the planes roster, it may mess up the order. The basic order is the older planes flying first, the newer last. If you sort them by coins or mileage, it may change the order. You should try to force close the app. Unfortunately, if your question is how to reorganize your planes fleet, there's no easy way that I know of. The only solution is to retire your planes and then make them fly again one by one in the order you choose. Bummer it costs a lot of Bux. I did it a while ago and indeed it's way faster to scroll through your planes if they are grouped and organized between different task forces
Thanks, that's exactly what I meant. I realized about decommissioning and recommissioning but I didn't realize about the roster listing. Probably looking at that undid some of my previous careful arrangement. It's too bad there isn't some "alphabetical" list as that way we could pick order by careful naming. And it's great to know that other people have found it useful to rearrange to get planes in a helpful order, thanks!
