Maybe the game server for your platform is down. You might head over to their forum or site and see if others on Google Play are having issues. Hope you get it fixed. Although the prize is only 35 bux, this event is a routing challenge so I'm enjoying it. Bobby
IT'S WORKING !!! I guess opening it up from my phone and getting the city on my phone and then having it re synced worked. I'm finally getting into events, before I never really bothered although I like the logistical challenge it brings and I've finally got my head around layovers ! This should be good ! Have the events stopped offering plane parts as a reward? I haven't seen anything but bux in a long time. I'm still trying to collect some the special planes.

Yay!!! A Tiksi event!!! I still have a few Tiksi bux jobs lying around from a previous Tiksi Global Event ... and I have a Mystery Part(!!!!) in Chicago that has been sitting around for aeons waiting to get delivered to Tiksi. Anybody remember what plane part these contained? Right now my Tiksi leaderboard for TA1 shows: 1. Gus172 2. HarmoniaMundi 3. BJLemurCat 4. Roboroboto 5. Vic Sark 6. (unknown)
Thanks Faye, I just sent gus172 a GC request. I'm having a rough time configuring for this event. I was just running Mapples through Magadan and Yakutsk but it is slow going so I'm going backwards in the leader board. I just added some Sequoias to feed the Class 3's closest to the event. Why are you running planes through Magadan? Shenyang -> Yakutsk -> Tiksi Sometimes it takes a day to a day and a half to get a rhythm going for a new Global Event. This should be a nice laid back event. It takes 1 hr 11 min for my Kangaroo to make a round trip.
I always create an alternate in case the layover closes for weather or whatever reason they close. So I have Shenyang -> Yakutsk -> -> Tiksi as my primary routing and Tokyo -> Magadan -> Tiksi as the alternate path. You're right Faye, it should be an easy event. An event in Darwin and then an event in Tiksi. No plane parts. Guess I'm unaddicted to Pocket Planes now.
Does the winner of an event get the same prize as everyone else in the top 10 ?! If anyone is on the toucharcade, can they be kind as to put a screen shot of the top 10 as my tablet hasn't update in hours !
