That makes it so much easier ! I'm stuck with a class 1 Airport event and i'm using mainly 1 seaters to keep shuttling the jobs back and forth while the class 2 and 3 planes are filling up and my layovers are up to bursting point !
That can happen when running 1 seaters to a class 1 event. If the airport you are using as a hub is one of your permanent airports, just upgrade it so it can hold more layovers. Also, you can feed more than 1 airport within range of your 1 seater. For example, in the present Amsterdam event, if you happen to have London and Paris as your permanent airports and upgraded them both, you could hold 120 event layovers in both cities combined. Now you work the event and you can also bux sit at the same time. Bobby
Thats what I'm currently doing ! I've also got Moscow and Istanbul as backup although I heavily need more planes out ! I have them in my hangar, I just don't have the available slots
That's precisely what makes this game exciting and addictive.....working towards those slots as you build your empire. If it was easy and I could get all my slots and planes to fast, I would have quit this game a month after I started. I'm struggling to work an event and make bux at the same time for my next slot which is seeming to take forever.....but that is what keeps me coming back for more Bobby
That's why I'm hooked ! I never really got layovers as I couldn't be arsed with the ferrying although with this event, it's all I'm doing ! I keep putting a plane in the air, How do people cope with over 40 planes ! Plus does upgrading an airport adds more jobs on a more frequent basis as well adding more layovers ?!
Yes, upgrading an airport does add jobs and layovers. This is why all my class 3 airports are upgraded. Now, if I want to bux sit one of those airports, I pay to advertise and that hub will be flooded with jobs from all over the world including bux jobs. I only have 39 planes but because I use Sequoia's which are slower than the jets while being more profitable, I can "cycle" through my complete fleet before the game adds more jobs. If I can get into a good rhythm, then I can crank out jobs that make a lot of bux Bobby
You learn something everyday ! What is bux sitting ?! I was doing something right as from 1'000 to 2'000 my bux went straight up although I'm back down after purchasing a cloudliner. In my opinion I have a good system going although I intend to upgrade all airports soon enough, oddly the coins are becoming hard to get by !

I'm having trouble ! It keeps freezing after I press the yes button and then stays their although if I press no, it just registers that !
Im genuinely having trouble purchasing Tiksi ! I thought to myself "The next event, I'll be on this from the beginning" yet I can't even purchase the city ! I've tried everything from restarting my tablet, to clearing the RAM on my tablet What to do !
Well.....and I'm not criticizing at all, we're all friends here, maybe when your friend tampered with the base code in your Android it messed up the game. My suggestion is to make sure Game Center has your game backed up and uninstall and reinstall the game. Bobby
I understand that, although the only game code he changed was the weight value of the planes, this isn't my first event either. I'm on Android plus I just installed the game on my phone , and using the Mobage name, I logged in and all my game data was their, I purchased the city on my phone but it won't work on my tablet. I play the game on my tablet hence my worry. I appreciate your reply
