Was really banking on having a global event in Arizona (Superbowl) with Blimps as the reward, my quest to 50 Blimps will have to wait for a later global event, ugh!

Blimps to Easter Island is a sloooooow process. Slower than watching grass grow. LOL. But they sure are profitable! I remember using Blimps for an Easter Island event, this was years ago. I'll take a screenshot for you and see if I can attach it to this from my phone. I'm between computers right now since I spilled tea on my laptop keyboard over a week ago.
Hope you and Jeff (KickAssLee) are feeling better. I don't know why I didn't think about putting my Mapples back in play for Easter Island. Forgot then could cover the distance. I used Mohawks and Kringles. I hope they have another full plane event soon, even if it is for a useless plane. Collecting mystery parts makes it more fun. However, my preference would be a full plane event for a C-130 or Mapple. (iPhone player with no hope of ever buying those Mapple parts). Punted a blimp your way.

Kringle Kruiser- Shipping Out in Reykjavik (FULL Kringle Kruiser) 4. Sea Knight- Military Exercise in Aukland (FULL Sea Knight) 4. Starship- Space Camp in Kinshasa/Lagos (FULL Starship) What's the use of the Bobcat/P-40 Warhawk/Huey? It seems like Nalazoo/Vicsark/Merlion/Coastcat and a lot more from the early days are now gone Faye and Bobby and Kickasslee are the only guys active here
I'm still here...just creeping most of the time. I sure hope there is no full Concorde event...lol. I've patiently built 19 of them so far through trading and maintaining multiple accounts- probably my best accomplishment in the game. Well, actually I would be thrilled because I've dreamed of having an all Concorde fleet. It is the fastest way to level up (I think) in addition to being the coolest to fly.
Special thanks to Faye and Harmoniamundi for the Blimps! I have 30 in operation right now with 10 other blimps on another account! Definitely would love to return the favor!
I've been playing this game for about ten days or so and love it. Started off in asia and have been focusing on the class 3 airports. How hard is it to do the flightcrew missions? Seems like its off in remote places. What planes usually work the best?
I use Kangaroo's for most class 1 events, although there are a few destinations where that does not work (Easter Island for instance), AeroEagles for class 2/3 events and mostly Sequoia's for class 3 events. That works pretty well for me. I would use Mapples for class 1 events, but I don't have access to those unless they are gifted. Bobby and Faye and some of the others are also very successful with events and can offer differing viewpoints as well. I have not participated in the current event, but I have some time tomorrow, so I should be able to jump in and deliver at least 100 jobs... -Jeff
The flight crew missions make this game fun. For some reason, I did not join any of the flight crews till I was in the level 50's. Now I know what I missed. I think your focusing on Class 3 airports is a great strategy. I have all the class 3 airports and use Sequoia's to move between them. I'm trying to get more airplane slots so I use Mexico City as a hub to engage in bux sitting. In this present event, I'm just dropping cargo at Jakarta and using the sled to get there non-stop. I'm not helping my team as much as I should on this one but I did make enough bux sitting to get another slot last night. The great thing about going for class 3 airports like you are is that, for any event anywhere in the world, it is easy to reposition your fleet. When an event is over, I close the class 1 or 2 airport, open the correct airport for the next event, and reposition the fleet. The Kangaroo M class 1 airplane is my workhorse for Class 1 events and the Aeroeagle M class 2 is my workhorse for class 2 events. If I'm lucky to get a class 3 event, I just throw 30 Sequoia's at it Get into the events and have fun. TA1 is a great team. If you join TA1, please add me in Game Center. Bobby GC: BJLemurcat
