With those ones, you need to take 1000 jobs to the place where it's happening. You should note, however, that these ones only last for 12 hours, are not held all the time, and that they can take part anywhere on the planet. (They are also solo events, so you need to take all 1000 there yourself. You can see where events are happening under the "Events" tab in the menu.)
That 33 is the maximum number of airports that you can have. You get an extra two airports every time you level up.
Thanks, @RLangley91. Another Q: Do I have to have my planes land before the event time ends in order for it to count? Or I can just take off before the event time ends but land in the citi after the event ends?

What exactly is Nimblebit's fascination with the Huey? It's a sh!t plane, and a part (yes, one part!) and a few bucks is the prize in this event. Note: neither the Concorde nor the C130 have had a full plane for the prize.
That reminds me... They didn't do the daily Christmas gifts this year, did they? I was hoping Nimblebit could gift me a full plane, or at least some rare parts.
We don't know if they did or not - Christmas is in December, and we're in February. But I know what you mean - no, December 2013 didn't see then doing the daily gifts like they did in 2012.
Not exactly.. While you will earn less per flight, you complete that flight faster. So profit per flight goes down, but rate of profit goes up.

Yeah. You missed the hay day of this game.. Too bad you weren't here a year ago. We had quite a community here. I was one of the top players in the world actually.. I haven't opened the game in months though.
I haven't logged in here in months. Just upgraded to iPhone 5S and lauched Pocket Planes .... ooooooh everything is wider! .... and the game hasn't frozen up or crashed on me like it used to do before on the old phone.
Downloading one of these data usage monitoring app has really helped! Have been better with data usage while not playing Pocket Planes as much. Foursquare/Yelp check-ins eat up data too. Have discovered the feature in IOS7 where you can turn off data usage for specific apps, and this has helped a lot too.
That's awesome. Yeah, seeing how long this thread is it must have been quite some good times. I just discovered Nimblebit 2 months ago and now i'm addicted! (Mainly Tiny Death Star).
