Hey guys, I'm getting back involved with Pocket Planes after a long absence! Starting from scratch though so probably won't be joining in any of the events for a good while like I used to for a bit. Although I'm sure you could all help me out without any real issue whatsoever (lvl 3 haha! I remember when I was in the top 50 for lvl) I think I'd prefer to achieve it all myself without any plane parts or whatever.
I gotta agree with Jmac on this one. Nice to see you again over here! In some ways it can be more fun to start over from scratch, rebuild and try something different. I remember you experimented with a lot of different strategies during the first few months after PP was released and we enjoyed reading about your experience doing this or doing that.
Must be Return of the Veterans Week. I keep trying to give up the game, or at least stop after the event minimum, but... a gal's gotta fling those planes.
Hoping more vets come back! I'm realizing just how good of a game pocket planes is after playing trains for a few weeks. Trains was fun but didn't get me as excited to play as planes continues to do. In fact I truly hope they consider a pocket planes 2 someday or a type of combined management game....I can dream!!!
Man.. Lots of vets on that leaderboard. Perhaps I should fling some too. My mapple swarm is probably covered in dust. I've been busy flinging trains and running the saloon.
Thank you! Good to see you're still playing! Saw a picture you posted a few pages back and you were doing rather well . yeah I did experiment quite a bit; trying to find that balance between micro-managing (as I CAN have quite a lot of time to play, some days) and being able to just turn on and send things on their way. Any tips since I was playing on good, balanced strategies? I don't really want to HAVE to play constantly, to feed hubs just to be able to fill bigger planes - would like some kind of strategy I can pick up and carry on with whenever, whilst also allowing me to play for a few hours solid if I want to. Obviously it's very early days at the minute so I'm just buying a couple of class 2 airports and trying to get rid of some class ones to help keep job lists high. Oh? I take it a few have returned recently!? Not sure if any are the same as me - was playing Pocket Trains for a good couple of weeks but it just doesn't have the same depth so I thought what the heck - let's get back on here!
Nice to see familiar names on the leader board. I have a lot going on - our house is up for sale and we have pets, so anytime there's a showing...vroom, vroom - no, not planes, vacuums. Add other family things going on & by the end of the day, I'm exhausted.

Blocking Someone? Ok, there's someone from another flight crew that keeps spamming my inbox wanting me to join them to beat Toucharcade. Little do,they know that we have an awesome community here in our little town of TA1ville. Is there any way to block this person from sending me messages? Is there a way to report this person to Tocuharcade? I'm getting annoyed and it's obvious my response to them has not made any difference at all. Any help or tips is greatly appreciated.
Go to User CP, click Edit Ignore List in Settings & Options and type in the name in the box. Hope this works for you. JM
