I didnt bother upgrading too much other than a bit of speed or range here and there. Better to save the bux and get more planes.
buy new ones. upgrading seems to be only for once u have a good line setup and class 3s etc. I have been smashing it all day and have moved from 25th in the flight crew to 14th with 704
Progress report from "Fly by our Taeles" airlines, and as a side effect a great example of layover usage heh. I currently have 11 air ports open and own every class 3 on the north/south american continent except 1. My fleet is a blend of mohawks and eqinox's with two pearjets tossed in for good effect. I've maxed out the all attributes on all the aircraft currently in use except the pearjets which only have their weight maxed. So anywho, the layover example. I'm working on the easter island achievement (100 deliveries there). It is class 1 which means my mohawks can make the trip but the equinox's and pearjets can not. easter island just happens to be my only current class 1 airport so all my mohawks are on strict easter island -> Lima -> easter island duty. There are four of them and no doubt your wondering how there can be enough business to keep them active. Well that is two fold. 1, When leaving easter island my mohawks grab everything they can for anywhere else in to their cargo hold and bring it to Lima where they drop it off. All my equinox's and pearjets grab all the easter island deliveries from every where else and drop them off at lima. 2, My mohawks when leaving lima grab all the layover's that my c2 aircraft put in layover and deliver them to easter island. My equinox's and pearjet's when leaving lima pick up all the layover for everywhere else that the mohawks brought in. Its a great system and I'm really quickly making cash this way.
Im doing a similar thing with Brisbane and the event. Sydney is my main destination and all my C2s fly into there and mainly bring back Brisbane items. My fleet of Kangaroos then ferries everything from Sydney up to Brisbane and hauls it all back for departure
Hi there! I have a question about jobs and airport classes. I sit at level 11 and i was wondering myself if closing smaller airports results in getting more jobs to bigger airports. for example: i have 5 class 1 airports 3 class 2 airport 3 class 3 airports my class 3 airports often have tons of jobs to class 1 airports. IF i would close all of the class 1 airports, do i get more jobs to my "bigger" class airports? like there is a pool of jobs and the more airports you have the more it is divided on these airports...
Just downloaded this and have a quick question. What does the blue dot mean on some cargo/people? Most of them have a black dot, but some have a blue one and I have no idea why. Also, how slow of a game is this? I feel like in Tiny Tower you could have a kinda quick turnaround in building your tower to start off, but since starting this a few hours ago I don't really seem to be making much progress. I mean I bought one airport and found a plane part, but apart from that not a whole lot seems to be progressing :/
This game barely gives you anything to do and some people still want to cheat the system? where's the logic?
I don't like the fact that these cheats are so easily accessible yet there is IAP in the game which is asking for money up to £25. How many of us have money we can throw away at games like that when we know there are such work arounds any way? I'm not cheating but I can understand how the freemium model encourages people to do it so I don't dislike those people either. Yet I draw the line in putting down the IAP for something when others can get more for nothing. It's terrible practice on multiple fronts. The questions is was this game finished properly as it seems to have so many of these bugs and reset issues? (I think it wasn't because look at the fact it was origionaly going to be pocket trains and the whole idea changed at the last minute) And don't get me wrong, the game is wonderful I'm playing it more than most games pretty much all day for the past week. leader boards and things can be good indicators on how friends are progressing and who needs help the most, but no more for first place racing. They seem to be overtaken by a whole new "who has the best script skills" set up. For such a fun game, this comes as a massive disappointment. If it wasn't so easy I probably would have gone for the most expensive IAP just because I already had more fun out of it than games which cost a greater ammount to buy. Supporting devs is always cool.
Oh well, I'm scared to mess with time since a lot of people reported to have lost their progress and I am too far to loose it now!
A word of warning to anyone planning to upgrade to class 3 planes: they are freaking EXPENSIVE to fly. Trying to fly Chicago-Tokyo without the 25% bonus gives me a huge loss in the thousands.
hello Hello I've been reading this forum for quite awhile but this is my first time posting Just want to seek some advice! I'm at level 11.3 and I have 2 birchcrafts, 2 kangaroos, 2 airvans, 1 mohawk and 1 navigator which Im using for the Brisbane event. For the airports, I have 2 class3, 3 class2 and 2 class1(for Brisbane event). Should I replace my airvans/Mohawk with Birchcraft? Or should I wait for the next plane to be unlocked?
I'm lv 10 right now... I do not know what to do now.. I closed down all my small airports to make way for my C2 planes. Now what airports do I open now? I have new york left I think(apart from brisbane event)
Welcome to TA. I went from kangaroo to a fleet of Birchwoods. Next plane unlocks at 15 so it's worth it to get the extra distance from now.
Hello, I'm around level 10 now, and I only have a small portion of north America, mostly class 1 airports. Where can I best make the crossover to Europe? Or where can I best build to now, Canada or southern America?
Wow I thought the next plane unlocks at level 13, turns out its 15.. Okay I just replaced it with a birchcraft. Thank you for your help!
The black, blue and red dots are actually associated with the airports the cargo/people are going to, not the cargo/people themselves. A black dot represents a Class 1 (lowest level) airport, a blue dot is a Class 2, and a red dot is a Class 3.
asked this a few hours ago, but no answer, so i try again: Hi there! I have a question about jobs and airport classes.
