Maybe we should have our airlines go on strike until our leader returns. Would look impressive if next event the table shows 0 jobs...
Yay all do that that's a great idea. By the way that isn't an evil laugh you hear, and I wouldn't be planning to suddenly run loads of jobs to try and win
Are we still trying to be number one in this event? Everyone is helping: 40. ME 41. unknown 42. MERLIONINE He is still with us! haha
You and me both. I'm waiting until everyone bolts for pocket trains then I will win multiple events and go down in history, plus I may finally have enough bux by then to expand.
11.4k jobs behind, why is the gap widening on this remote class 1 event? I can't imagine most of those folks doing much more than the 50 job minimum. Guess they still have an edge in sheer number of members. I'm busy with work right now but I promise to fling a lot more planes later tonight after I get the Little One to bed.
My thoughts too Faye.. I can't imagine them having a big number here. Had anyone done any spying? I'd be curios to see how many participants they have and what their top ten looks like.. On a different note... Dammit Merlion SAY SOMETHING!! You've been playing PP and were on the forums like 15 hours ago.. You're obviously still here.. Why leave this lovely community???
Merlion, Merlion, Oh where can you be? Your absence is greatly Worrying me. Roos are red, Mapples are blue, Blimps are sweet, And we miss you! Merlion, Merlion, A word sent online, A simple sentence, Would be Devine. A poet clearly, I am not... Yet, these sentiments come From my heart. I honestly miss you & pray that you are okay.
I just started over from scratch recently so I am not participating in this event (4 'roos and 3 airports isn't conducive to buying/dropping airports just for events). I am, however, still in the #toucharcade crew and this is the top 10 currently (iPod doesn't want to screencap properly so I'm typing it): #1: 1040 #2: 980 #3: 785 #4: 780 #5: 777 #6: 494 #7: 420 #8: 387 #9: 376 #10: 359
TA Top Ten 1. 1040 2. 977 3. 785 4. 780 5. 774 6. 494 7. 420 8. 376 9. 375 10. 359 They have 623 flingers for an average of 67.5. Their top ten has 6,280 jobs for an average of 628. We have 44 flingers for an average of 710. Our top ten has 22,520 jobs for an average of 2,252.
Another idea popped into my mind... Edit: Sent you a PM. Bwahahahaha.... Look away ... nothing going on here ... Interesting stats! I know some of you guys can fling 68 jobs in just one full run and then call it a day. Here's the leaderboard at 10H 45M ... I'm heading to bed now, not sure I'll be able to fling much tomorrow morning before Norilsk ends. .
No one has fully decided, so let's do it and hope others will join... If your'e striking please post for others to see. I'm in.... No Merlion! No Flinging!
Just curious...how long are you striking for? Trying to figure out if I should play the next event or not. PS-Anyone that strikes is a MORON! And no, not in that sense. Merlion doesn't give a damn about you. He left and didn't bother to tell you our anyone if he is okay. Frankly, I was worried that he had dropped over dead. Then, when I saw he was still lurking, I thought ok I'll keep the stats up so he doesn't have so much work to do when he comes back. Figured I'd keep the story aspect sacred, out of respect for him. Then, when I sent him a private message that went unresponded to...I thought wow his feelings must really be hurt. So I came on here and offered up that he might feel unappreciated. To that people really started pleading with him. Hell zoo even wrote some mushy poetry to him, and I even offered him a long winded conspiracy. So, no...I won't be striking at all. Personally, I think it is kind of a dick move to drop out of sight and out of contact with everyone you have been in contact with for the last year, just because. You need a break? Cool, let us know. You done with everything...okay, whole lot easier to understand that. But to disappear and genuinely have people worry about you, only to keep lurking and playing...eh-eh. Nope, i don't get it. Sorry I call it like I see it.
