KTC is #9 with 320 jobs. #10 Unknown has 249 jobs. Globally, TA1 is trailing by 1500 jobs however I suspect we can easily close the gap on this remote class 1 event.
Could it be? Is Merlion really gone? That is the question on everyone's mind. So I offer this conspiracy to you! Could the great Merlion, actually be in our presence in another form? More precisely, Harmoniamundi...prove you are not the great Merlion! I offer these parallels as proof: 1-"both"players started within the same month playing pp. 2- Harmoniamundi's first posts on the board were trying adamantly to get blimp parts! 3- Harmoniamundi is an independent record label from Paris. In Vic's post also from France, the other day he said have a nice vacation M. Dead giveaway.. 4- In most of M's posts he signs off Cheers, BUT in a number of then he says Good Night All, looking back on Harmoniamundi's posts, he too has signed off that way. 5-Before we go any further, Harmoniamundi will probably say...yes butI am a she not a he...to that I say touche, as Merlion has ALSO been called a she and a he! Haha I am onto something here 6-At the time of Merlion's disappearance, guess who should pop onto the scene? That's right...Harmoniamundi! Finally, I offer this final and most damning bit of proof: Who else but Merlion would come up with a name of a newspaper and call it the M S &H? Think about it is it really the name Merlion Statesman and Herald or is it code: M erlion S ingapore (his city) H armoniamundi ! The proof is in the pudding, and it's all over your face Harmoniamundi aka Merlion!
Just checking in real quick before going to bed, it's 3am and way past my bedtime, and I wasn't even up late due to flinging planes. *CoughMafiaWarsCough* Anyhow it good to see that the Conspiracy Theorist in you has returned and this post gave me a good chuckle. Nevertheless, I still miss Merlion and HIS biweekly M S & H issues ... and am still looking forward to HIS return. Also love Zoo's Shep Hancock reports and other creative bits that other TA1 members have posted. .
Dang Faye you let the cat out of the bag, I liked it better as HER . I updated the mofo rankings spreadsheet with lima results, sy9 current pts, gs3 current pts, and pcl current pts. I'm wearing out some pens and note pads trying to keep up on my phone updating this and couldn't figure out how to un highlight the tabs you had highlighted. If you could please un highlight them that will help me not to lose track. Sp-try not to debunk the conspiracy, the mofo is just a cover name for Merlion, in the mofo statesman and herald. Zoo I like the reporting too...out of the pool and back on the job!
With the release on PT on the horizon this may be TA1's last great chance to beat TA. We have beaten them once but I think the hacking of OamOam could have had something to do with that.. I'm calling all hands on deck! Get those planes in the air and let's do this! You'll be seeing me crawl up the leader board! Lets beat TA!
[ Let's do it TA1 #1 crew! Every TA1 crew member's jobs will help, even if only a couple hundreds in the next 3 days. If some big guns in PP vacation could come aboard for this one, welcome back (hint hint nokitano, SlighthlyNorth, ktc, ump, jay, jerry...) There are some tips on how to reach Norilsk in the last few posts. Mapples from Moscow through Perm are the best option. Kringle Kruiser (C only) can reach it directly. If you don't have Mapples, follow RLangley's advice: As she said, don't forget to do round trips! Also it costs only 1 Bux to boost your class 1 empty planes back to Moscow. If someone with access to PP on Mac could help some TA1 members to get a few Mapples, now would be a good time to help
I'm back to this event after a long pause, for help to take the 1st place. It's posible!! I think this will be probably the last competive event in PP. With Pocket Trains (and without Merlilon) in less than two month, all of us will be playing PT. (Can't wait to play PT)
You know no offense but it really is a disservice to declare the events over when some of us have stuck around and kept playing. Besides, when nimble quest came out and everyone was bolting, some of us stayed and welcomed back the ones that bolted and quickly returned. What is to say that the game play with pt won't be of a lesser quality, or not as fun? Either way, to scrap the competitive aspect of this community upon YOUR return makes no sense. It is also a disservice to all of Merlion's hard work. I say keep the rankings going.
Nice to see you again Lorena! I'm loOking forward to Pocket Trains also. I'm stuck in a long line right now waiting to sign up the Littl One for a class. Ive been here at least 20 min and it looks like it'll be another 20 or more, ao plenty of time to fling some planes ... Now I wish there was a faster turnaround time to this event. I can always use more Mapple parts.
I don't understand what you saying fantasyicon. I love the Merlions work and I think Pocket Trains will be fantastic. And I come back to play this event, because I like the events in remote locations and for help TA1 to take the 1st place.

Productivity went South with the little one spotting me playing on the iPad : "tu joues aux avions Papa?" Just spent half an hour on the iPad putting Chicken, Pirates, Diver... costumes on my Mapples pilots, doing paint jobs on the planes (lot of pink I'm afraid now) TA1 4k behind TA
Indeed. Very amusing- but I will fulfill my original role as being a major contributor of mapple parts to the crew. If anyone still wants them with 48 house left to go, let me know and I will switch over to the Mac at some point, if at all possible ( my syncing is messed up, I think mainly due to my work computer which I have not been at for over a week.) I don't like to use the Mac for any other reason because it is slower...at least I find it easier to deliver on my iPad.
Right I have 3 Mapples flying jobs to Norilsk on a different route to most people, I am running from Tokyo via Ulan Bator and Novosibirsk, at least the skys are clearer on that side of the world as everyone else uses the Moscow route. I have a question though should I cash in my bux to get more spaces. Part of me thinks do it as more spaces mean more planes in the air making more money and bux, but the other part says wait a little longer till I can get more bux as the bux exchange will be higher. Important information, I have 15 plane slots and a little over 3500 bux. One other thing that is pointing me towards getting more slots is I can compete in events finally especially in this one something I have definitely been missing.
