I've got a feeling we could be seeing quite a few high scores in this challenge: Vladivostok can be reached by a Kangaroo from seven Class 3 cities (Beijing, Guangzhou, Seoul, Shenyang, Shanghai, Tokyo and Xian), with an eighth city (Manila) added to that for a fully-upgraded Kangaroo.
Ugh this is a perfect event for my swarm of 40 mapples. However, every one of them are in LA from the Spokane event... That's a long way to go!

Hmmm...if it were me, I'd bite the bullet, hanger & redeploy. You'd get on the leader board faster and have a jump on everyone else. It's not that many BUX to do it that way (*wink, wink*). Thinking...all those P planes i have on hand would come in handy....oh, I really should go pack...no, let's pull out the P planes I'll deploy my P Kagaroos, P Mohawks and fill with Sea Knights...fling planes when I can.
I think the job counter for Vladivostok is goofy. I'm getting 1.5 jobs for every one I do. I intended to do just the 50 jobs I needed to get the prize, but after my first Mapple trip I saw a was credited with 6 jobs. I thought the numbers would catch up, but after 10 round trips and waiting an hour I see the job counter at the airport says 20 and 20 but flight crew results show me with 60. I try to keep track like this for events that I have to open an airport for and this is the first time I've seen this.
Cute Game If you like Temple Run or Subway Surfer...and you love the cute little Minioms from Despicable Me, then give Minion Rush by Gameloft a try. I think Gameloft goes a little overboard with their push for iaps...so if you have little ones playing this turn off iap. The game play is smooth and has some interesting twists and turns, plus mini games. Now...if i can onlu figure out why the sound won't work on my iPad for the game...wanted to see what this sounded like - gotta love the Minions

So I think she'll enjoy this new game. Slowly getting into the swing of things in Vladivostok ... Now I have too many airports open in N/S America.

People should be warned about Icon's Raspberry Ice Tea. And that's nothing compared to his famous Conspiracy Cocktails, which form a danger to public health. Take for instance the TA1 Taser: 1 fl oz Pearjet Juice, 2 fl oz Sequoia Rum, a dash of Aeroeagle Bitters and a few drops of Grade 1 Kerosene for extra taste. Shaking not necessary since you'll do that anyway after drinking. And did I mention the Mapple Mixer? Lethal stuff, it's always a miracle to wake up alive after a visit to Icon's dive Cheers, M.
I would guess that if those mentioned came out of hibernation, and the usual suspects and motivated newcomers went all out TA1 would have a shot a #1.
Merlion the unknowns were at 4 and 8 and 10. As I told Faye earlierI finished 8th. 7th was thisina. Faye-I am not one of the two unknowns in first or second for this race. Currently I am bouncing between 8th and 11th but doubt I will be top 10 at the end because I refuse to switch my strategy for a 3rd time. I really don't know the reason that the strategy for the last event didn't work for this one too. The last one I maintained my coins, and gained about 1400 bux. This event, in the first half i was sitting in 3rd, but lost about 800,000 coins in the first 6-8 hours barely playing.Oh well, back to the drawing board.
I for one doubt it. It only happened once, and then only happened that tinge because a guy was cheating. The numbers in ta are just to many.
