Sequoia parts on the iOS are 24 BUX per part. Only buy the originals, accept no imitation. Maybe older parts are cheaper and the newer upgraded parts cost more? LOL
My bad...they are 24. I assumed since it was 17 to pull one out of the hangar it was 17 to buy also...didn't bother to look. No sheriff jokes for me today, he's to sensitive. Actually, the first thing that came to mind was the saying "while the rats away the mice will play"...but I figured the whole cheese thing and Vic being French AND overly sensitive, he might see it the wrong way.

Rare planes (that cant be purchased at the market; generally earned through global event prizes) are in higher demand ... These include planes such as concordes, c-130, sea knights. Blimps, kringle, Huey, hot air balloon, mapples, etc.
Unless a full plane event comes along I'm going into semi-hibernation for the summer. To much to do outside and this game is getting kind of boring lately.

What name do you show up as in Dragonvale? I have the gifting tree, so I can send 6 gems per day. the friends list is unpredictable, seems like it chooses random names to appear. Sometimes my husband doesn't show up for days or weeks, then suddenly appears again. I find Dragonvale more slower paced, just visit once or twice a day, and that suits me. Working the global events in Pocket Planes makes me feel like I need it sit on it 24/7 to keep up and it kinda feels like a chore. I haven't played Tiny Tower in a while, the Little One plays it on our iPhones. I try not to play internet-required games while I'm on the go cuz it eats up my data plan. That's why I like games like Pocket Planes.
Hope someone in the Top 10 can get a leader boards screenshot when the DC event ends. I'm peripatetic and will prolly be driving when noon rolls around.

Welp, I don't have a full bobcat yet, so it looks like I'm opening up in Z-town. Sometimes the game glitches and gives me two of the event prizes. Here's hoping.
