Nalazoo...I'm not sure I want to close all the class 3 cities I have open, that is the problem! On average if i fully load all 20 cities worth it takes roughly an hour and I get upwards of 800 bux, or about 40/plane.. If i collect the 1 bux jobs i fill all 20 in less than 30 minutes and average about 35/ plane. If I do it that way without distraction, I haven't found another bux collection strategy that can collect even close to that. The fewer airports the worse the strategy is. If I scale to say 10 airports, then my averages will be around 350-400/sitting. Not good. Considering I had open all class 3 cities at one very early point in my game and unfortunately closed all when i read something on these boards that said less is more, and now i have 20 again, i probably have spent enough to have at least 10 more slots at least. So i guess I'm going to progress with continually scrolling to the bottom of the screen for 10 min just to get to the event jobs. I wish they would fix it so all event jobs were at the top of the list! Scotty- I started doing the same thing last night...except the bux collecting is on hold. I'm using the bux planes in all the cities that are relatively close. Using chi, la, mex, rio, sao, lima, lagos, Kinshasa, Lon, and par. The rest of the slots I'm using mapples and and aero and hopping from NY and chi to Boston. Still, it is a pita loading the damn planes., with all these airports open.
How's finding mystery parts coming for everyone? I'm not spending time going to each airport looking for them, because I don't need a whole fleet of starships but I have only found 1 part so far. When flying casually, I normally have found 8-10 at this point.
I've found the rate to be a mystery part for 150 jobs. Currently I am at 2300 jobs and have 16 mystery parts. Parts sitting changes this. But it should even out if you fly casually.
Updated the "spying" sheet. It's more readable in google. Almost 3500 participants for TA, 100 for TA1, 500 for Nimblewiki. I've gotten like 7 or 8 for 465 jobs. Penguin how many jobs has 10th done? I'm in 20th and about to be done. Still can't compete. If any of my ANDROID GUYS want a c130 engine, lots of huey or starship parts or hot air balloon parts, i need about 20 aero m. My store is broken and I can no longer buy planes. Right after the mapples came out i lost the ability to scroll the parts pages. Don't know why but if I start scrolling it knocks me off the game. If anyone knows a fix I'm all ears. I've tried repeatedly contacting mobage and have gotten no response. Thanks!

Thanks for the Belfast MOFO results. It's so nice to see some old familiar names pop up again. Love the recent stories (Posts #14919, #13924, #13925) I've really enjoyed reading all the stories you guys write up. Received, thank you so much!!! How funny you should mention that cuz I did actually do some baking ... cupcakes for a bunch of 2nd graders, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Her other cake was a Disney princess themed cake, no I didn't do that one. My results are along the same lines as Penguin's ... 12 parts with 1780 jobs delivered.
I have to say the game is a *tad* less fun knowing that I have zero chance for competing anywhere near the top with some of the new additions to the team That said, I'm doing whatever I can to keep up with the top 10 after some mediocre 20's and 30's in the last events... Not holding my breath though!
I never really figured out how much I collect in BUX on an hourly basis...you're going at a great clip and when you do the massive BUX exchange, you'd have a lot more plane slots. I'm running into not getting through my entire plane list in a single refresh. Thinking closing airports is the only way I can catch Gus' swarm or Penguin's slippery fins. I agree having a way to just show Event jobs, or scroll to bottom quick (ie Tiny Tower) would make things a lot easier.
Back to the village of Ta1ville, The last of the gunslingers, the one that stayed behind is having trouble adapting to life at the town. Eventhough he already handed in his gun, he still isnt trusted by the town folks. He is usually neglected, and never welcomed to any meetings. He started regretting leaving his old methods, maybe he should indeed leave the town and get his guns back and terrorize the people of another town. He thaught if he stayed behind he was going ti be encouraged bythe town people to change for the better, but that is not the case. He knows that his wring doings are far from forgotten, but he is still clinging to hope. Some say that madness will probably lead him to take his own life and kill his empire. It is still to be seen what will this outcast do, what does the future holds for him.
I was pretty active this afternoon, which saw me rocket up from 60-odd jobs this morning to over 400 now. And I've received five Mystery Parts. (Just need one more before I can start swapping them for stuff I do want - the Starship I'm getting on Sunday is going straight into Rebecca's Museum of Flight.)
You really should play the way that is fun for you, not for the others As long as it doesn't ruin our fun of course. But, I can try explaining how I see this: I think past level 25, it's very rewarding to have played without shortcuts, and built your own airline patiently. Then you can experiment differents strategies, try this and that. Go nuts with 40 airports and Blimps, or have a swarm following the events Grinding in PP is the game, and if the grinding doesn't appeal to you, then there's not really a game! tbh I wouldn't have played more than a few weeks if I had unlimited Bux. ok you have fun having any plane you want and as many as you want, but to what end? What's the point of chasing Bux then? And I add that I have no pb with JB, I did that a few years ago on my 3GS, and there are many reasons to do it. But once the phone is jailbroken, temptations of easy shortcuts are there But for a game like PP, it just ruins the game for you very fast imho And as you've seen, it also ruins the friendly competition for regular players. Choice is yours mate
Give it a few days. A lot of people are annoyed at the things that have happened, especially with other players who tried to justify there cheating as being perfectly ok and not a wrong way to play the game. You have come clean and are playing again without cheating, building up your fleet from scratch which after the ability to have unlimited slots and plane parts I can imagine is a hell of a shock to the system. Stick with it, soon it will be all forgotten and you can get on with normal forum and game life. I would offer parts to help but I really don't have much to give that would be any use sorry. If you don't already have an idea which of the many strategies to use I can recommend flyshers one as a good one to start with and modify to your means. Ah yes just seen another post and its reminded me. Big thanks to PondusFM for the parts I recieved from you. I'm quite impressed that both times someone has done a big giveaway of parts I have chosen a part for a plane only to have it as a full plane giveaway the next event, I got two HAB parts from Vic before Cancun? and then I asked for and recieved a starship part from Pondus just before this event started Hmm just realised I didn't get the extra part from yourself I got it from a mystery part, I asked for one but I guess I wasn't first in line, but thank you for the Blimp part
