I should be 10th with 1063 and 18 min to go. Someone should take a screenshot with a couple minutes left.
Finally i'm in a position to contribute screenshots These were done at the last minute. Cheers, M. PS Chemical spill in Al Fashir. That's in Sudan, i think EDIT: Hmm, apparently you can't do two attachments in one post from iPhone?
LOL...we'll form our own club...if only I were good at coming up with a witty acronym. I too upgraded everything and even though I know...still do! LOL My thinking, while the speed may seem insignificant for a single flight, when we're racing in MOFO then every extra flight counts.
Thanks to all for the last minute screenshots. Getting ready for a workshop tonight and didn't have time to check. Looks like there was a winner for the 90 foot climb - wow! Fun to see the rally at the end. I love the excitement, competition within our group & the sharing that makes TA1 a fabulous place to be
So far, all unknowns have ended up in one line in my spreadsheet, called 'Unknown.' The first 30 events have yielded a total of 118 for unknowns. Highest recorded position was 3rd in New Orleans, which had also the highest number of points scored by unknowns (23). Until now, that is Christchurch brought 41 points for unknowns, a total of 159 points. What happened? Penguin, what about your inside information? On to the rankings. Gus, surrounded by unknowns, was the best performing TA1 member in 2nd place. Tater got 4th, Penguin 5th. (We'll be hearing more from him!) Nalazoo in 6th, RoboBoto 7th, Faye 8th, ktc24 9th. And, as we know, another unknown in 10th. For the month and the Silver Yoke (and also the 2nd Quarter and Sequoia Cup) Gus is firmly in the lead with 93 points. Faye and Tater are fighting for 2nd and 3rd, with 61 and 57 respectively. Jmac in 4th with 40 points, Nalazoo 5th with 32, Lynsie 6th with 29, with Penguin (27) on her heels. Snowbird and RoboBoto in 8/9th with 24 and 21, and Number1Ump and Nokitano share 10th place with 10 points. We're seeing a clear leadership group with Gus, Faye and Tater, but Jmac, Nalazoo, Lynsie, Penguin, Snowbird and RoboBoto are strong contenders. Keep going, people! As always, Ump and Nokitano are dark horses. Not to mention Vic of course, who's still being a blockhead in 14th Funny enough, the all-time rankings haven't changed. Faye still in 1st with 288 points, Number1Ump 273, Gus 266 (and counting!). At some distance Nokitano and Vic with 209 and 200 in 4th and 5th, and Snowbird (126), Coastcat (115), Copper (112), Castle (99) and PocketDaddy (95) in 6th-10th. The way things are going now, we'll probably see Gus overtake Ump pretty soon. Will Faye be able to defend her top position in the all-time MOFOs? And when will Penguin and Copper hit the Top Ten? Watch this space Cheers, M.
A fellow TA1 member told me he had been contacted by the unknown challengers and they were members of NimbleWiki.. He said it would all come out after the event. I'd tell you more but you know what I do now.
Ahh, the plot thickens! We have masked strangers in our midst! Emissaries from the competition, no less! Who are they? Spies, sent ahead to find out how we built the best PP community on NimbleBit's flat Earth? Agent provocateurs, sent to wreak havoc and discourage us from beating the s*** out of the NimbleWiki lot? Or disgruntled renegades, who looked over the fence and saw things were so much nicer in the other side? Too shy to show their faces, afraid to be denounced by their NimbleWiki brethren? Or all of the above? Time shall tell. Who knew that a simple mobile game could be so full of intrigue. Cheers, M.
