So, I have a concord engine that I have almost no use for. What could I get for it? I'm really just in need of like 1 class 3 plane or so. But short of that, if anyone in TA1 just wants the part, i'm willing to give it away to help our little team out
I have a couple of questions: First One: why does everyone aim to "bux sit" until 50.000 bux what does that equal to in coins ? Second One: when does the mapple unlock on Mac ?
According to the bux calculator, 50,000 bux is equivalent to 1,275,000,000 coins at an exchange rate of 25,500 coins/bux. I'm holding out for the 62,000 bux mark as it'll give me closer to two beeeeeellion coins. I don't think there's a minimum level. Just wait out the market refreshes.
Anyone else notice more app advertisements when you open the game the last few days? It's minimally annoying the way they do it, so it's not a huge deal. But I will say this. With both Tiny Tower and Pocket Planes I've bought Bux. Nice thing about nimble games is you don't need to buy Bux. You do it as a way to pay them for a great game. But, I'm not interested in paying for the game and having ad pop-ups (even minimal ad-pop-ups). I'm guessing that having advertisements for everyone in exchange for probably fewer iAP purchaes is more profitable for them. And that's fine by me. I don't care how I pay for the game. But it's either or. And since you get the ads whether you buy iAP or not, I just won't buy iAP next game. Also, this and Tiny Tower started off without any ads. So, even if the next game starts out without ads, they're going to add them in later. And you'll get them whether you've bought iAP or not.

I have a Concorde which gets randomly pushed around the globe. The imbalance doesn't bother me too much since it isn't dedicated to any specific purpose, it just wanders aimlessly with whatever it can fill up with. Hmmm... kinda like how I treat the C130. It's not the most practical plane to have, but it is definitely fun to fly and the range is awesome! I'm looking for a Concorde Body to build a second one.
Not sure if anybody has answered your question, sorry, I may have missed seeing it. Global Events will be easier to participate later on after you've expanded your range (cities), built up your fleet (planes) and have more coins/Bux (to support buying event airports, upgrading supporting airports, putting event planes into your fleet, and upgrading those planes). Your route is not a bad one. Think about expanding toward east Asia if you want to elongate your main route ... then you may want to save up for Istanbul/Tehran and Shanghai/Beijing/Seoul (and/or maybe Tokyo ... depending on whether you have a big plane that can make it in one hop, or if you want your medium plane to make it in two hops) Are these cities fully upgraded? You'll get a bigger job list when red cities are fully upgraded, this will make it easier to fill up for the 25% bonus. You could try out the Pezmage Sequoia strategy with your 4-city route, it might help you fill up for the 25% bonus. (See 2nd link in my signature, that post will have the link to Pezmage's strategy post) In your case with these 4 cities, you would do something like this: LA to London/Moscow: Plane in LA will pick up all London and Moscow Jobs, then fly to New York and drop them off as layovers. The now empty plane will pick up all jobs going to London or to Moscow, filling up for 25% bonus, and continue to final destination. Moscow to LA/NY: Plane in Moscow will pick up all NY and LA jobs, then fly to London and drop them off as layovers. Plane will now fill up for 25% bonus with jobs going to LA or NY and continue to final destination. Try it out and see how it work for you. If not, then go back to what you're doing or try something different. Experimenting is part of the fun! I sent you a little something. A good guide except for the joining flight crews. You will see as who's play that 9 times out of 10 as long as your flight crew is in the top 10 you will get the same prize. So that is out the window. I am a part of toucharcade1. I started with touch arcade but as I played I found this forum and the ones who were the most helpful were touchrcade1 so I made the switch. Plus TA1 is a very plane gifting lot!

If you REALLY want to get into this game and learn everything possible, and if you enjoy reading...I highly suggest trying to read as much as you can in this forum. It is a lot of reading, and you can always take the easy way and read the consolidated posts in Faye's signature.t But, to get a true sense of what the active members of this crew are about...you do it justice by reading as much as possible. I started playing pp in mid November after it was released on android. I lurked for about a month, started reading on page 1 and literally have read about 3/4 of the pages listed. The difference is that I experienced all the nuances that everyone else experienced 6 months before me when the game was released on iphone...so I didnt feel like the outsider. I also went through all of the strategies as I came to them and literally tried everyone (except the pezmage one where you have toplay the game continually!)
My point is that you will see it is a very simplistic guide (that you POSTED) once you get into the game and start experimenting what the best strategy is for you. For me, I have no patience. I KNOW10000% that bux sitting is the easiest way to acomplish everything you want in this game...and yet I'm like a chick with a credit card...spend, spend, SPEND! I would venture a guess that I am probably the highest ranked player in this crew with the fewest number of plane slots because I am so impatient and spend happy. BUT...it works for ME. And, that is the point, find what works for you. Fling everything you have at the events, send 250+planes in the air and tell them its only 54roos (sorry gus. I had to), load blimps and sail them for days, grind with as few slots as possible and have fun with it, or come up with something else completely off the map. Its your game!
thefantasyicon I really liked your post. I feel like I spend way to much as well, as soon as I get some bux saved up I have to spend them, guess thats why I am lvl 31 with 18 slots
Thanks! Having fun is the key. I'm now limiting myself to only spending a couple hundred each event. Lol. I'm up to 1200! So...I guess ill be at 50k in about 45 events. But watch out if I make it to 1700 because I've never made it to that point! I will say this, as hard as I grind with only 19 slots, if I ever had even close to 54 slots I would be untouchable in events. Hmmm...I might have a new reason to save bux.
That's kinda what I'm doing now, just quietly picking up every bux job got a couple of sitters. Not making huge money I go between 1.4 and 1.6 million depending where I fly. I kinda break even between profit flights and bux runners so coins although I have plenty don't rise quickly but do rise. So bux is my next option I only have 2; plane slots too.. I'm at 5k bux now so will keep saving them up and hopefully open a fair few slots one day... PT
