I've been enjoying the Livingstone event with its nice slow pace, gonna miss it when it is over. Someday, Bluebear will have his Kalgoorlie event .... Someday. Can't wait to see if Nimblebit has a Superbowl themed event coming up next.
They probably shouldn't call it Super Bowl if they do. The NFL is really anal about the unauthorized use of their trademarks, hence the use of all the adds touting "THE BIG GAME".

^ I don't think there's an actual reason for it. As for the event: count me in - I've got several Class 2 planes out there and easily within reach of New York.
It's a somewhat rare Easter egg with no known trigger according to this page: http://pocketplaneswiki.com/Flights Supposedly the rate at which coins and Bux appear on the screen doubles while the plane is inverted. I've had it happen to me twice so far. Same plane and pilot too.

I don't have one...but I am curious what bux strategy you are using, 16K at level 34 is quite impressive (to me) Please share your strategy!
Before I traded in to get some more plane slots, I had 6k at XL 30/31. The main growth of that was 1300->6000 when I started to setup/use Vicsark's (?) dual-hub strategy in Seoul/Shanghai and Rio/Sao Paulo while still maintaining the old NA/EU routes/randomness and doing the global events. My other pseudo-strategy was picking up every single bux job regardless of how many because the minimum 500 coins/bux trade made economic sense. That was before I ever started to use the market and need bux to buy parts. I also think I never used the boost capability to conserve bux. i suppose patience is a future.
I suppose you are right... My own worst enemy is me. I keep spending to acquire planes, cash in to early, accidentally click through the "you are about to spend 1.2 million coins"warning and the amount of times I have opened and reopened airports is ridiculous. I'm thinking of going ti that strategy next though doubt it will help me any more than the current one.

I know the Super Bowl is pretty tight about their copyright so Nimblebit does a Super Bowl event I doubt they will call it that. In other news Livingstone is done and was my first event with TA1 it was fun to see names in the leader board and jockey with Faye for 13th in the end I got 15th. And Vic was true to his word and provided the HAB parts with some help from RoboRoboto so thank you to both of them. If there are any lurkers reading this I encourage you to join TA1 I am sure glad I did.
You've made my day! Didn't think I'd have time today to play...leaving first thing Friday morning, return a week from Saturday. Correction - it's e next 2 events. Threw a few planes in the air and voila... I'm number 3 on the leader board?!? Go TA1 go!
