Any strategy in choosing which airport/region to start with? Also, I must say, the app icon is quite bland and ugly. :/

I would start with an airport near the first event which is calgary. I chose southwest america, but I think there might be an airport closer to calgary "in response to stan" - sorry forgot to hit the quote button
When I got level two it said I could add another airport....anyone know how to add another airport? Is that the same as buying another city?
Yes. Landing in a city is landing in the airport. just tap the city in these view. Stan- Calgary is the location of the first event. Depending on what place to come in you get Bux's the IAP currency. I agree and disagree about starting here cause if everyone starts here we're gonna be screwed when the next event is In India or something
Sorry if this has been asked already but how do you add parts to a plane? I tried bringing to the hangar to see if that would give an option but it didn't. Thanks for the help! PS joined Toucharcade crew!
Yeah that's not a bad point, if we have some of us locate their airports somewhere else, we'll be in better position for other events. Good call
When you've landed and are at an airport there is a magnifying glass that inspects the plane. In there is the option to upgrade, paint and change costume.
Thanks I saw that but didn't see an option to add the part, I must be missing something lol I even made sure it the part was for the correct plane
Just realized its not the right plane looks the same but it is different. Can you buy planes with coin or only bux?
Oh I misunderstood. The parts you buy in the market will build you a new plane. Usually for a little cheaper than buying the assembled plane. So the bearclaw for example is 3bux per part (planes require 3 parts) and 3 Bux's to assemble totaling 12bux, the assembled version is 14. But you dont have to wait for all the parts to slowly show up in the market
Can you just straight up buy Calgary? Will the planes go that long of a distance? And how do you "rank" in it? Time? ^sorry for all the q's
You can buy any airport anywhere on the map. But your planes can only travel so far. Next time you send a plane somewhere you'll see a green ring on the map. That's how far you can fly before needing to refuel. And you rank in the event by delivering special people there that show up just like any other passenger or cargo.
