To earn more, try to position airports sort of far away from each other, just as far as possible as your plane can reach from your airport- that way you can expand operations and earn more coins/flight as your flight distances get longer! I had to upgrade the range on my Pearjets at least once to make my first London-Boston trip, so that's a good place to start. If you can afford to spare the bux, upgrading (reducing) the weight of the plane will increase your profit. I'm just happy if I can make any kind of profit on the Pearjets, as I tend to use them for their speed and keep making short flights with other planes to build up coinage. The 25% coin bonus on planes full of jobs headed for the same destination helps also.
I've gotten 10 bux for 3 days in a row. Good for helping me save up more bux again. Although, Santa, if you're listening, I'd really love a C130 or Concorde for Christmas! Oh and, a Kringle Kruiser too! If Vic runs out of balloons, I have a few more I can give away, too.
Quick question about advertising... Just wondered if advertising too much dilutes the jobs for other advertised airports, or does that not matter? For example - if I only advertise one airport - and then I advertise all of them - will the first airport have the same number of jobs as if it was the only one advertised???

I don't know about you, but I've got a feeling that the global event that starts at 8pm tonight will feature the Kringle Kruiser as a prize. (Especially since the one that begins tonight is the last full one before the 25th. And I can also see the "event airport" being either Helsinki or Oulu, seeing as both are in Finland.)
Man I hope I get a prize worth more than the 3 worst planes around tomorrow!! Guess you can't really complain when it's free though!
