Some really good tips here and I appreciate you taking the time to type it up. It hadn't even occurred to me that I shouldn't build an airport in literally every place I can, so thanks for that. I think I'm gonna store it and craft an Equinox for now. I'm not sure I have enough patience to maintain specific routes (that's part of the reason why I play games on my iPhone in the first place, haha).
I've got a Pearjet still - it was my first plane to hop the Atlantic so I have a soft spot for it. I know it doesn't make much profit but I've kept it. 2.6m miles on the clock so far. Unionfield - you can go US to Europe with your class 1 planes if you go north and via Greenland and Iceland. I did that originally.

Well yes this is a double post but here's some updates+pictures of my sad ghost passenger situation... it has invaded my new Sequoia-M. Now I'm wary of loading any passengers wearing green OTL @eeen why is this happening? is it a nimblebit plot? for Christmas? because they're green? I don't know but I don't want to try bringing the plane in and out of the hangar because, well, it could be something special...
Noob Hiya, Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, but I can't seem where else to put it. I'm new to pocket planes and just hit level 14, quick question? When you enter local events and you click on the tick you can see how many jobs you have delivered, and it says prize 15 bux. When do you get those? And are there other prizes, I managed to deliver 142 in one and it says 15 bux and 20 in another and it says 15 bux? Don't really know what's going on. Oh and what happens if u close the airport you did the job for, do u still get the bux?
To get rid of the ghost passengers put ur affected plane in the hanger and then bring it back out, as for the other events this is how many u have done out of 1000 so once you get 1000/1000 you will get the shown bux. If u send the plane to an airport and its now in the air and en route if u close the airport it will still go to the airport and do the job and drop it off so it will count but it won't stay at that airport - hope that helps
The prize is after you do 1000 jobs for a specific event, for example an embassy dinner. You don't need to 1000 jobs in a single event, you can do it over 3 different embassy dinners in 3 different countries. so basically there isn't a time limit, once you clock 1000 jobs you'll get the 15 bux. I don't think they take away jobs if you close the airport, because the jobs are already done. Hope that cleared things up for you add me on GC clara2799
