Got all three parts, thanks so much Slightlynoth, super generous of you. Very excited to have my first Mapple.
You sneaky dude, taking advantage of my giving the bath to my daughter time to take the lead I guess I'll have to boost a few Mapples! You got to always check evthg is unloaded. If not, reload anythg and unload all again from it. And good news, we're about 80 in TouchArcade1 on this event Now, I'll take a look at Nimblewiki standings: 1st 675 jobs 10th 297 number of crew members : tba
Long time lurker... about time I posted. Nothing at all to do with this talk of Mapples. Honest. *ahem* So I've been playing for ages, part of the TA crew (and more recently TA1). However, I've not really been playing since the London Olympics event. Been stuff on level 36 for months now. I don't really play much - I just do the events with the rare planes on offer. Cities wise - I have LA, NY, London, Lima, Rio, Kinshasa, Tehran, Mumbai, Shanghai and Tokyo. Each city has a Sequoia-M and Aeroeagle-M sitting in it. I have a few slots for events which require class 1 planes (where I usually wheel out Blimps and/or Sea Knights). Had a thought for a possible idea for updates... I don't see how there can be new cities (Nimblebit would have balanced the game with the current cities) - however how about an aircraft carrier? It could move about between fixed locations (slowly - it's not a plane!) to allow you to tactically bridge gaps or get around closed airports. Just an idea... Edit: oh and all I got from Nimblebit was 10 bux. Boo!
That may explain why I occasionally find a random layover far away from where I expect them. I was hoping for a more exciting explanation, like black holes (c'mon Nimblebit, a new feature ?)
*Charlie Brown mode ON* All I got was a rock. *Charlie Brown mode OFF* Actually, I got a Mapple part out of the blue, which was just weird.
Forgive me but i dont believe you, and heres why: iv played this for a long time now.. got to level 38 and my game reset was doing well too... now built it back up from then playing quite often doing what i can and had generous help from those who know on here who they are.. (thank you) after a hard slog again im now level 25 and im still busting a gut and trust me its taken more than a few weeks.. not trying to rain on your parade but either you have the best strategy going or maybe u meant few months.. your daily rev is double mine in fact more your 2 airports short of me you have quadrupled my flights and 4k more passengers than me
Wow these gifts were really random. So far we have: -5 Bux (what I got... ) -10 Bux -Random plane parts -Random planes
Cloudliner mate, it has an upstairs but I think its a 777 so more Cyclone but with and upstairs at front That is the exact plane and airline
Hey guys, first time posting here part of the toucharcade crew, read some posts here helped a lot. Seems like most people here are toucharcade1? Any who I started in the Western US, but wasn't liking it so I moved down and bought Rio/Buenos Aires/Salvador....and that's about it! I'm almost lvl 11 and have a fleet of 8 planes mostly consisting of Kangaroos and Wallabys. And I have no direction where I'm heading next lol, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Apex24. New here myself but I've been thru that stage a few times recently. Your start sounds very common, and you seem to have got the best planes available for your level. I really like Kangaroos - those will last you a long time. Your next few class two planes will be expensive, not a great value, and you won't have many Class 2 cities open. I wonder what others do, but I like to stick with the Kangas until lvl 16 unlocks the Aeroeagles. So in terms of next steps for your level - try to get a nice string of cities in a straight line; maximize use of layovers to get the 25% bonus; pick up as many buxs as you can; save up for Aeroeagles (you won't need many before then). Longer term you'll likely have a route like SanPaolo/Rio over to East Asia. Until you go transatlantic the focus will instead be Rio area up thru central america to phoenix/seattle. Your Western US start along with the Rio expansion should serve you well for quite some time. One other thing if you're not involved already - join Toucharcade1 flight crew and participate in the global events. And tfrichards92, thanks for the gc friend add. You're the first name I've ever seen on the leaderboard! (Looks like you might climb off my screen soon though )
I was wondering where those 10 bux came from. Thought it was a really delayed event reward or something. Anyways, new strategy. London has a fork now, upper one Moscow -> Seoul -> Tokyo and lower one Instabul -> (class 3) -> Mapple at somewhere in Australia -> More Australia.
