Yes, please share. You lucky dog! I have never seen 2 mystery parts show up at the same time. I haven't had much idle time to play PP, spending too much time playing MW. Still in the Top 20 though. The extended deadline doesn't really help me since I have Halloween plans starting early afternoon.
CastlePage is our roving reporter. Too bad he can't report on the other ongoings below the top 10. I've been trying to get in the top 20 (at #21 right now, but watch me slip down as soon as I go to sleep) but I need 200 or so jobs to get in. I managed to get past LizB, rebartsch, and igerera, but somehow coastcat and funky woo who were below me before are now ahead of me. (and funky woo is only lvl 16? Wow!)

I actually found mystery box triplets for the first time today on an LA job refresh and was in shock. Don't think will ever top that.
Holding on to 10th place for the time being, will make level 46 today. I have had some shipments of gold going to San Diego, they are not in blue, just wondering what that was all about. I guess it won't count as jobs delivered.
Just noticed there is a gold rush event coming out of Delhi, I guess that is where the gold came from, still don't know why it isn't blue.

@Castlepage How nice to have a reporter following TA1, live tweeting next? TouchArcade1 is an incredible crew, we're 2nd with 15k jobs more than 3rd with 87 000 jobs!!! Cybernator just got over 10 000 jobs on its own (it may be the all time record for an event I guess?) And to get in the top 10, you need more than 2800 jobs. Pretty impressive for a week old crew Once Nokitano took over 2nd place with a 1000 jobs more than me yesterday, and since 4th was a 1000 jobs behind, I took a rest, and started to focus on mystery parts. I tried the "one sitting plane in each airport" strategy. I've put 10 Sequoias M and 6 Aeros M in my 16 airports (excl. SD), painting them all the same color to tell them easily apart. I paired them (Ny/Chi, Paris/London,Sao/Rio, Seoul/Shangai, Lagos/Kinsaha,...) so when one of the pair was full cargo, I'll send them both in the air to exchange their airport sitting. The first problem is that I can't leave the 9 Bux jobs when I see them, so it was a Bux and Mystery Parts sitting session. The second problem is that it takes 4 minutes to scroll through this 16 airports, not leaving any time to send the other planes, or sending jobs to SD... This strategy, that many have already used here, is good only if you got half a dozen airports to scroll through. I did get a lot of mystery part though (about 50) and I have at least 30 Bux only layovers in all of my airports, so big Bux Bonanza at the end of the event
Do you mean Mystery Parts, which are gold boxes listed in gold text? I think those count as event jobs, since they're event prizes. If you mean gold as the cargo, presumably showing up as a bux job, then that would not count. (however, in a mixed event like this, all jobs going to the event city should be event jobs) I've noticed a lot of candy leaving San Diego! I'm predicting a Asian class 3 city for the next event. Official guess: Jakarta.

But since PP is not giving, how about we reward him instead? My suggest is: each of us send him a plane part in recognition of his achievement. It can be any part. It'll be interesting to see what planes he could assemble out of our efforts. I have 11 planes now, yey! I'm wondering how long I can last like this My job kind of helps; I'm away from home doing network stuff, so most nights I'm in the hotel watching a movie and moving pumpkins to San Diego I guess the location of the event helps too. And Coastcat really does get through some event jobs! I feel like I'm chasing road runner or something.
First of all, thanks for taking the time for doing these nice updates! In answer to 1, am over 100 boxes and counting. This morning, saw 20 cargo spawn at once in LA but not one box! Besides the one triple, seen a few doubles. Between the lie and wait strategy(checking each airport) for boxes and the mass delivery strategy, the mass delivery wins out for getting most mystery boxes. Did the lie and wait strategy for last blimp event and didnt get anywhere near as many mystery boxes. For 2, its tough to balance out but feeding not the biggest issue. Cyclones are really nice for feeders with their extra speed. Maxed red cities spawn lots of event parts. Am feeding as far away as Sao/Rio for the main feeders and going out even farther out now in experimenting with Cloudliner feeders(which cause max layover issues in LA when they do come in). Generally always have at least one empty plane to fill to hop to SD. Biggest issue is actually time constraints. Am trying to do every little thing to optimize time. For example, feeder planes always have one delivery to LA so can unload them without having to scroll down. Wish they would add an option to instantly scroll to bottom.
