Well, I switched over around midnight last night shuttling jobs using my bigger P planes to CHI/NY, that gave me the boost. I had to force myself to put my phone down around 2:30 haha. Also, anyone have trouble with the Apollo 11 Achievement? I have multiple planes well over the miles, but nothing. Wondering if there's some kind of workaround.
Sure I will forward the pm I sent to Papi Edit: It's always refreshing to set all your planes in every airport and collect bux until they are all full then send them off to their destinations, and wait until they all land before you reopen the game. It sat at the black airport screen just making the noise it makes when you successfully complete a bux job over and over and over and over =$ Sorry Papi, I completed Apollo before the recent patch so things have changed since then I believe. Kalgoorlie next! Or maybe Al Fashir... Oh yeah and I finished this one around rank 3300 xD yay for doing just the minimum! Zanzibar <.< oh and we only get 20 bux for winning this one... While the rest of the top ten gets 35 bux... I guess winning is frowned upon now! Shame... Of course they are trying to split us. They realize that if we all just did the minimum jobs this time, even at 40 jobs, our crew will still hit over 120,000 jobs which is most likely going to be enough for first place again... And we're too greedy for just 20 bux xD I say we all do 0 jobs lol until they give us a fair goal.
I didn't think it could get much worse but Nimblebit's surprised us, deliver 40 jobs to Zanzibar for 20 Bux. Worst one so far. Edit: Think the 20 Bux for the Winner might be a mistake seeing as the Top 10 gets 35 Bux, unless they're deliberately trying to split up Toucharcade? Controversial...
Im with you. 0 jobs for me in this event. I think it will take more than 15 bux to split us up. I will stay with Touch arcade.
Almost all the cargo in Zanzibar is called "Touch Arcades"... It's even presented with arcade 'boxes'.
They're teasing us xD I don't care really if they reduce the bux as long as we still get the same plane and part prizes... But I like to gripe nonetheless
It's happened again. Delivered 86 people to Washington, at last count I had 16 in Flight Crew. As I have a job and don't get to play to obsessive levels at home, I would say I will never win a job prize again. I've emailed support, let's see what they come back with.
Sitting this one out. Gonna get back to the ole' Honolulu - Tokyo route. The Mapples = Excellent. I have two currently running. I'd call them the "new and improved" Mohawk's.

I have 13k Bux. Someday you will get your wish ... every city will have a turn, Kalgoorlie will come up one of these days. The 15 Bux difference is negligible ... actually, the 20 or 35 Bux prize is negligible for anyone over level 30. I see you've already delivered 13 jobs to Zanibar ... and somebody has 115 jobs! I'm taking it easy on this one ... gotta go do stuff in Mafia Wars.
The last event that was a computer failure had the same 20 bux winner, 35 bux second. I think it is a play on the computer failure part. Either way I am sitting this event out as well as the last. really just no motivation to even play anymore.
Whew, had to hold off North & Faye to stay at #2 for my hometown! Still like to know who keeps grabbing the top spot in these events with double the next highest score... So seriously, the winning team gets fewer bux than the rest of the top 10? It's time to chill out and harvest bux/coins for a few days. I only bothered to open Zanzibar because I've never opened it before.

Kalgoorlie!!!!!! I'm still having trouble with my global event counter as well:/ Still only registers jobs if I leave the game open during the whole flight... Not only does the top ten get more bux than us, the whole top 100 does too lol
Exactly why I am not doing this event...... Google Pocket Planes flightcrew. Right below the wiki..... TOUCHARCADE. And now we get penalized for being an outstanding flightcrew? BOGUS! You know, I thought I sensed a bit of, well I won't state what I sensed, about Nimbletim's post about how amazing it would be if Toucharcade came in 2nd on a global event......
