Such a great game. Tiny Tower still is my favourite by NimbleBit but this one comes really close. Try it!

I'm a little disappointed with the new plane / k.cruiser released - mainly because there is no way of getting them! I don't own a Mac. I know it's to encourage people to use the Mac version and to trade parts, but there seems to be barely anyone with a Mac who has played it enough and is available to trade. Would of been nice to have a new plane for the handheld devices.

We were made to wait so long for a mystery part event that I didn't even try very hard on that as I already have a load of blimps. I now spend more time helping my little sister play as shes only level 10! So much more strategy is involved at that earlier stage, it's much more rewarding as others have mentioned.

I'm still drawn to PP every now and then however, checking in on world events and participating if I have time (though not pushed for top 10 in a while). Now I'm going for achievements and having a little fun doing so....

This was to get the Tons of Tarmac and Full Service awards. It seems world cities on our globe aren't positioned as to let me have lots of 'curve' on my D. lol xD

Hmm ... I'm seeing changes to the leaderboard. It is very slow as the roundtrip is a good 26 min or so.

Yesterday was my running around day with a few minutes of PP here and there. My big planes were stuck in the airport waiting for new jobs to generate.

Today is my desk bound day. I'm over zealous running feeder areoeagles between twin cities that now I have too many layover jobs and the big planes are not flying fast enough to clear out the layover jobs. LOL But it is a very nice feeling to see a cloudliner land and SUCK up the jobs (with that 25% bonus :D) and fly.

I've saved up enough coins for a new plane slot. Should I
    - buy a new cloudliner
    - re-commission the sequoia in my hangar
    - add another mohawk for the perth job
    (I hate making decision)

Well I am lazy so I despise cloudliners. I think you can never have too many sequoias for profit or class 1s for events. I want a fleet of Mapples now.

I think someone said there was 250 airports available, I'm too lazy to count, but that means you will have to get to level (250-5)/2= 123? I am terrible at simple math. Anyways good luck getting that level xD

LOL Teodor, I wasn't looking for a gift. A Mapple (or whatever the plane that's available on the Mac) would be very welcome though :D Thanks for your generosity.

Edit: Thanks so much for the plane :D
! How did you get the cloudliner parts so fast? I was still missing a part and didn't see it.
On a side note: every part received = one PP crash :(

And yes, Jakarta's close. It closed 4 mins too early ... my mohawks were due in jakarta 3 mins after it closed  On the other hand, it's an enforced break (I remember playing maplestory which will say "we suggest that you take a break after playing for 3 hours")

I don't know if the number of open airports affect the number of jobs of a particular city available in an airport. I'm assuming that the number of jobs available at a particular airport has some sort of limit.

I generally skip over the intermediate airports like Tehran except when it's a bux job. And that's already a LOT of scrolling when filling a plane.

I've had that plane in my hangar for about one month. I think i have used it on two LA-Tokyo trips. I prefer to use my sequoias.

I had 4 roos, 2 mohawks and 4 sequoias in Jakarta when it closed and two or Three sequoias on the way to Jakarta.

They had to close when i had two hours to wait for changing my tyres.

I'll post for fun the pictures of my gargantuous Bux for coins exchange during the Ottawa event.
Trying to use the TA app upload on iPad, so sorry if I make multiple posts, not sure I may post more than one pic in a post!

So there it is, after 5 minutes of scrolling, I get to the 25 000 Bux exchange rate.
Each Bux is worth 13 000 coins at this point!
So for newbies, yes you should focus on Bux jobs early on.
An LA<>Tokyo 9 Bux job is worth 117 000 coins here!

So 25 000 Bux, assuming an average of 4 Bux per job equals to 6250 Bux cargo or passenger that I had to fly all around the world...
I'm playing way too much this game lol!

Airline value shot up to 342 000 000. But it didn't got through GC unfortunately. I should not have bought the plane slots immediately I guess, game did not have time to sync.

Next plane slot (31st) was a bit more than 13 000 000 coins at this point

I bought 11 plane slots withe the coins.
The 42nd is worth more than 50 000 000 coins, so I guess I won't be adding one anytime soon ;)

I wonder who has the record here for most plane slots. I'm guessing it's probably you.

Oh my goodness, I have just reached level 30, and decided to check how many airports I could have running, and I thought I was seeing things but I most certainly wasn't, I was on 34 airports about to add my 35th, then it told me I can have 65 airports running at the same time so in the last three hours I have added, Algiers, Timbuktu, Durban, Cape Town, Athens, Johannesburg, Melbourne, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Las Vegas, São Paulo, Brasilia, Prague, Amsterdam, Brussels, Quito, Rio De Janeiro, Trondheim, Venice, Naples, Bucharest, Barcelona, Paris, Istunbul, Bern, Lyon, Oslo, Oulu, Helsinki, Vienna, and Cordoba (Spain). I feel all my Christmases have come at once, thankyou so much Nimblebit for making the greatest game ever on my iPod. Please keep updating the game there are so many other cities that could be in the game, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Leeds to name a few.

So how's the job list now?
Do you have one or two cargo/passenger max for each airport?

Honestly, it was helpful for the Ottawa event as I was playing non stop for a few hours.
but it's more a chore in the usual routine now (as predicted).
30 planes for 15 airports was enough.

I added a few cyclone Ms for the main routes.
But mostly I added blimps and SeaKnights at each airport cluster (ie LA/Chicago/NY or Seoul/Shanghai/Tokyo...)
Their only goal is to sit there and gather all Bux jobs and transfer them to the nearest airport.
But that's rapidly annoying to scroll through all airport jobs so they just sit still.

Between 20 and 30 planes is largely enough for a once or twice a day PP player.

I guess a few higher level Bux hoarder TA members may have more ;)

Or obviously some JB players with infinite Bux may have more slots though!

I do PP three times a day most days, about to launch into my second jobs of the day with a host of new airports about to greet us all.
